Additional full bath off kitchen. Game alcove (board games, cards, kids games) & reading nook. 4 TVs plus DVD. Gorgeous front porch-rock or nap on the hammock. NEW! heated, saltwater pool, bikes, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella! Loads of amenities-travel soaps and shampoos, coffee & tea bar, dishwasher & laundry pods, paper products, so much more!

The entire property with the very large historic home with 5 beds/3 full baths, the screened deck with pool, the front porch and front yard, spacious side driveway easy to park 4 cars, a portion of garage for the bikes, beach equipment and grill we provide.

We are committed to helping our guests make forever memories at the Riverhouse Retreat! We are available anytime (2 blocks down the street) but we respect the privacy of our guests. Most guests will prefer a contactless check in but we are always available for questions via the Airbnb platform & easy to reach as we live down the street.
Should you need recommendations or have questions just message us on Airbnb. Please allow pool and trash service to do their jobs-they will not enter the house. Just place bagged trash in green bins just outside driveway kitchen door and the trash will be taken care of for you.

Ours is a historic close knit neighborhood. The owners of the Riverhouse Retreat live in another historic home down the street and are committed to insuring that our neighbors and guests alike are looked after. Please respect noise ordinance by observing quiet hours between 10pm and 9am.

Bike & walk in downtown. To beach access MCAT public transportation, car rental, uber-all accessible from our downtown location.

Fully equipped kitchen, two w/d sets up and down. 3rd bathroom off kitchen and pool-perfect for those sandy items. We provide bikes for our guests since the entire downtown can be explored on foot or by bike. TV in great room, and 3 bedrooms.
Kids DVDs and many great books, coloring books and family games.

1 or 2 small, well behaved dogs 50LB or less will be allowed for a non refundable pet fee. Please message me to discuss.
Never more than 8-10 people total are to spend the night! For your safety and that of the owner’s property please let me know if you will have visitors.
Also note we do have cameras covering the front of the house. This house is in a very safe neighborhood.
Please respect the neighbors as well as the neighborhood and follow quiet times. We want you to have fun just in a respectful way.
This is a historic property and we expect guests to treat it with the utmost care at all times. Damages will be assessed.
