"The Green Wave" wurde aus wunderschönem, wiedergewonnenem Holz gefertigt, das ihm einen einzigartigen, besonderen Charakter verleiht. Es wird bei 118 E. gelegen Hudson Ave., nur 4 Blocks zum Strand (fünf Minuten zu Fuß) und 1/2 BLOCK TO CENTRE STREET, wo Sie Geschäfte und Restaurants finden, aber dies ist immer noch ein ruhiges und privates Zuhause. Dieses erhöhte Haus befindet sich auf einem großen, Straßennetz mit ausreichend Parkplätzen für ein Boot und einen Anhänger.

Dieses Haus (3 Schlafzimmer ~ 2. 5 BAD) schläft 8. Es verfügt über einen geräumigen, BESPANNTEN FRONTSPORCH mit vielen Gartenmöbeln zum Entspannen bei kalten Getränken oder zum Essen einer Mahlzeit sowie einem HANGING BED (keine Schaukel). Zusätzlich gibt es eine OUTDOOR-DUSCHE mit heißem / kaltem Wasser und einen Gasgrill.

Das Haus verfügt über ein offenes Layout / Parkettböden und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie sich wünschen können. Kochen und unterhalten Sie sich in der übergroßen, voll ausgestatteten Küche mit einem Esstisch für Familien. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen GASHERD, DW und einen übergroßen Kühlschrank aus Edelstahl. Das Master-Bad im Erdgeschoss ist geräumig und verfügt über eine mit Granit geflieste Stand-Up-Dusche. Das große Bad im Obergeschoss verfügt über einen Vintage-Klaue Fuß Badewanne, ideal für ein entspannendes Bad oder Baden mit Kindern.

Great family gathering

This property was ideal for a family vacation. The location was fantastic: close to main drag with shops and restaurants and also to street that headed straight to beach. Loved the screened-in porch for large family meals and relaxing. Having hot water at the outdoor shower was an added plus. We had everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation.

Great Spot on Folly!

Wonderful stay in this perfectly located home.. just a few blocks from everything to love about Folly: the beach, Berts, and everything on and near Center St! Can walk and bike from one end of the island to the other. The home is spacious and clean and has a screened in porch that's hard to leave. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental in Folly Beach. The home is even cuter and nicer in person than the pictures display which surprised me. Everything is updated and current beautifully decorated in a coastal chic vibe. Plenty of pillows, towels for all 6 of us. Outdoor living space and pool area as was top notch. The home is close to town but we did not find it noisy or bothersome. The close proximity to town made walks to small grocery store and local restaurants super convenient.

Comfortable+relaxing: best house for a family!

Our whole family love this home! Super comfortable, clean, spacious. Our families favorite home on Folly. We love the large screened porch, porch swing, on rainy days nestling in on the couches to read. Great cooking accouterment. A super awesome home!

Wonderful home and location!

This was the second time we have stayed at this home and we loved it just as much this time. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, to Bert's Market, or the restaurants and shopping on Center St. The layout makes it ideal for groups as there are several areas to get a few moments of alone time. The outdoor shower is also fantastic but needs a little TLC. My favorite room by far was the screened in porch where I enjoyed my coffee every morning.

Our favorite Folly house

We loved this house. A great spot close to everything but still tucked away. The screened in porch with it’s huge, amazing swing was perfect. Lots of fun character, classic and a little bit rock-n-roll. The kids were able to have their own hang-out space upstairs. Check-in was also easy, and rental co. was super nice and attentive. Can’t say enough about this sweet spot!

Charming!

This unique home is charming, and enjoyable for large families with three major bedrooms, two upstairs. The large screened porch is particularly nice. The home is located near a path which leads to the beach; following the path, crossing two minor streets, is a nice approach to the beach. Many good restaurants are within a block or two; some of our group are vegans, and they found some good places to eat.

Very cute home and super location. Screened porch is where we spent all our time. Upstairs bathroom doesn’t have a shower, and the outlets in that same bathroom didn’t work - a minor annoyance for four women staying together - but for the right grouping it’s a great house. Would definitely rent again.

Pretty and spacious Folly house

As laid-back and welcoming as Folly itself, 118 E. Hudson makes you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. The furniture is so comfortable, the big screen porch invites you to sit and swing for a while, and the well-appointed kitchen is perfect for cooking big meals and having a glass of wine. The record player with a collection of vintage 45s was an unexpected delight! I've stayed here twice — the first time was a girls' getaway weekend, the second was a family trip with a toddler — and this house suited both perfectly. It's an easy walk to the beach and to Folly's shops and restaurants.

Phenomenal vacation!

We drove from Massachusetts down to Folly Beach for spring break. This was our first time in the Folly Beach/Charleston area. The house was phenomenal. It was newly renovated and has every amenity a family could ask for. The kitchen was very well stocked, especially for a rental. It was beautifully decorated with tons of custom details throughout. Our kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in the hot tub since the pool wasn’t heated. It’s a very short walk to the beach (maybe 5 min?) and we enjoyed many mornings on Folly Beach before heading back for lunch and to enjoy the pool. We were a little too close to Center Street for our liking and would have preferred a more secluded area; however, it was still exceptionally quiet and an overall fantastic vacation.

Perfect beach house

I loved staying here for a long weekend. I have several criteria for a beach house - outdoor shower, great porch (or deck), comfy beds and furniture, easy walk to the beach. It has all of it and also an amazing kitchen. If you like cooking your own meals like I do, this is a great space for it. Nice and roomy for lots of elbow room. The entire home has a great cabin-y/cottage vibe, and it's very comfortable and updated. Nice quiet street, close to a store for sundries and not far from restaurants etc. Also, that clawfoot tub...yes.

Quaint house/some issues

This house is quaint. We enjoyed the character of the house and the screen porch. The furniture in the den area needs attention. Also, the freezer was non functional as the door wouldn’t close all the way. We reported these items to property management and they did indicate they would address them. This was my personal experience, and others may not have the same reaction, but while I enjoyed the overall quaintness of the house, and the location, the kitchen and bathrooms would have to be gutted and redone for me to rent this property again. I like to cook and the condition of the cabinets, counters and overall feel of the kitchen was just a deal breaker for me. The upstairs bath has only and hand held shower device, and just overall the kitchen and baths felt disheveled and unpleasant. A redo wouldn’t have to be fancy, just clean and functional. My 2 cents. Thx

Location, Location, Location

Despite the weather not being the best, we had a fabulous visit!! Check-in was a breeze and the house was exactly as listed. It's just a couple of houses down from Center Street and much closer to the beach than we had initially thought. The property managers were super quick to respond and very friendly. One snafu was fixed in a jiffy....The hot water heater was leaking and they were there to check on it in just a few minutes and had a plumber there within a couple of hours. Our visit wasn't disrupted at all! They also called to check on us a couple of times- Rob was super! We utilized all of the sitting areas-- there is plenty of room and the furniture is comfortable. The real star of the house, though, is the front porch. It was spacious and lovely and the yard is shaded which is lovely! The only problem we had was the upstairs bathroom... we knew about the shower and could deal with that, but the door was extremely hard to open and close, so we had to leave it 1/2 open which wasn't ideal. The door was a sliding door and probably just needed some oil or to be realigned. My recommendation for the upstairs bathroom is to get a shower curtain that is waterproof so water doesn't go everywhere with the handheld showerhead and also to look into fixing the door so it is easier to open and close. Overall... great spot... wonderful service... we will be back for sure! Jodie
