Stairwell Tread Repairs will begin March 31, 2025. Work will be done one stairwell at a time. Stairwells under repair will be closed off.
The Roof Replacement Project is scheduled to begin on April 14, 2025, starting with the 1000 building. Each building is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete.
Walkway Coating will start with the 2000 building on April 21, 2025. This process will not allow occupancy in the units of the 2000 building for four days, weather permitting. Once the roof is complete on the 1000 building, they will replace the first-floor coating systems in the 1000 building. That date and walkway/elevator closures will be confirmed, and notice will be sent out as the roofing is wrapping up on the 1000 building.
Rough estimate of construction completion: June 15th, 2025.

Welcome to this peaceful and contemporary vacation getaway in the gated condo community of Seagrove Highlands, just off beach highway 30a! Take a short, straight walk to the gorgeous beach and enjoy the pristine waters of the Emerald Coast. This beautifully appointed, modern condo is centrally located near many shops and restaurants, ranging from fine dining to casual. If you prefer staying home, you will find a well-equipped, full kitchen to whip up something delicious for the family and then gather around the dining room table.

Use one of the four provided adult bikes to visit Seaside or the Big Chill to catch a concert or an evening movie. During the day, several trails at neighboring State Parks provide further adventures. Or take a refreshing swim in the on-site pool, then come back up to the condo and enjoy streaming your favorite movie, courtesy of the Roku TVs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean, nicely decorated, kitchen conveniences, quick walk to beach made this condo perfect !

Condo was so clean! Teenagers with us so the air fryer was super convenient for late night eats! TVs in all the rooms. Quick walk to the beach! Bikes were convenient and property was quiet.

Perfect vacation spot!

Loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and convenience store. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend!

1303 Seagrove Highlands

The unit is fabulous and the complimentary bikes were a real plus. It is centrally located to several wonderful restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. The screened porch is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and start the day. The complex grounds, pool, and grilling area were always clean and well maintained. We would 100% recommend this unit to anyone looking for a home away from home experience and will definitely book this unit for our future visits to the area.

Spring Break 2024

Perfect set up for our group. One adult and three boys. The triple twin beds worked great and the master bedroom gave me privacy when the boys wanted to be on their own. Everything‘s fairly close in Seaside so it wasn’t difficult to get anywhere. Were it not spring break, getting to the main square would’ve been just a couple minutes. Spring break traffic made that a fairly long trip. Beach access was right at the bottom of the hill so an easy walk. Also, there is a Tom Thumb gas station at the main intersection so it’s quick and easy to get things you need or may have forgotten. The unit was exactly as advertised, clean and stocked with everything we needed.

Absolutely Splendid Condo!

This condo is beautifully decorated, very spacious, impeccably clean and conveniently located to not only the beach, but many other attractions as well! You're well within walking distance of convenience stores, a top tier Italian restaurant, a seafood market, a bakery and of course the beach as well...just to name a few! We will most certainly be back!

Great Condo

Great condo and location. The condo is as listed and photographed. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Beds are comfortable and the unit was quiet. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home. Screened in porch is a great addition. Walk to the beach is not bad and the beach is gorgeous. Overall very satisfied with our stay and we would stay here again. Issues: refrigerator didn’t seem to get as cold as it should. One outlet in the bathroom did not work. Towel bars and fixtures are loose and the guest shower head had to be tightened up. Light switches are somewhat hard to figure out. Suggestion would be to provide beach chairs/umbrella/towels. We had to purchase since we flew down and the cost was over $100 for the cheapest we could find. Tip: most of the beach at the closest access is private. Get to the beach early (like 7am) to set up in the very small public area if you want to be near the water.

Golf cart is NOT included; very nice place but listing is not accurate

Golf cart is NOT included. I had messaged asking if a golf cart was included (the description lists a golf cart) and was told yes. We were traveling with our in-laws and needed the golf cart to get around as my father-in-law is recovering from radiation. After we arrived and I asked about the golf cart, I was told a golf cart was not included with the room. This was very frustrating and left us trying to find a golf cart to rent at the last minute (shout out to Outlaw for having one available!) This was also an unexpected expense :( I shared this with the property managers but all they would tell me is that there isn't a golf cart included -- even though I sent them the emails where I was told one was. Other than this, the condo was great. The rooms are larger than the pics show. Everything is very nice, well kept and clean. It's located about 2 blocks north of 30a which was perfect for us as we like to be where it's quiet but close to everything. You'll want to bring extra trash bags, paper towels, tp and laundry detergent as only minimal is provided.

Spring Break trip

We came to Seagrove for our Spring Break trip. My daughter (17) and her friend (15) enjoyed the bike rides to the beach and Seaside daily. My 6yr old daughter enjoyed the pool and our walk to the beach. Still a little cold for swimming but that didn’t stop her from at least trying out the water. Tom Thumb is right down the road and easy to walk to if you’re needing anything. Lots of great places to eat at. Overall we enjoyed the stay and look forward to our next Sping Break trip.
