Calling all Disney fans! Just 3 miles from the wonders of Walt Disney World and a quick 2-minute drive to restaurants, shops, and more, Belle's Villa is the perfect family-friendly retreat. This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome offers all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, free parking, and access to the exceptional amenities at Windsor Hills.

Nestled in a peaceful, gated community, Belle's Villa is only 2.5 miles from Disney’s gates. With a private plunge pool and no rear neighbors, this home offers tranquility for up to 6 guests (infants not included). Recently updated in June 2021 and remodeled in September 2023, the villa features a brand-new kitchen with stylish quartz countertops, sleek vinyl plank flooring, new appliances, and modern furniture. Plus, enjoy the convenience of a private driveway with extra parking just across the street, along with dedicated RV parking.

On the first floor, you'll find a newly furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a dining area that seats 8. The Moana-themed bedroom has a queen bed, a 50" 4K Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Relax in the living area with a 75" 4K Smart TV, or step outside to your private plunge pool with total privacy thanks to no rear neighbors.

Upstairs, the Beauty and the Beast-inspired master suite awaits with a king bed, a 58" 4K Smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a new walk-in shower. Kids will love the Mickey and Minnie-themed room with two twin beds, an en-suite bathroom, and fun Disney decor. The upstairs laundry room includes a new full-sized washer and dryer, along with extra towels and beach essentials.

The Best Stay for our 1st trip to Disney

When planning my first trip to Florida and 1st trip to Disney for my kids, I knew I didn't want to stay on Disney property. I wanted my own space, but I really wanted to give my kids that Disney magic experience. To say that Belles Villa did that, is an understatement. It was absolutely perfect! I searched so many different communities and areas to find something safe, clean, affordable, having a variety of amenities and some type of Disney theme. Belle's Villa checked all of those boxes and so much more. The place is spotless, the Disney themed rooms and artwork were so adorable and the tiny details were so perfect. My kids adored their rooms. They thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. The waffle maker was something my kids still talk about. We all had mickey waffles in the morning and drank out of disney themed mugs! Having our own heated pool was such a bonus, especially at night after long days and the community pool was my kids all time favorite. However the one thing I haven't mentioned yet that made this place so worth it was the host. Sarah is the most thoughtful and kind host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She took the time to answer all my questions not even just related to her home but our trip. She gave me tips that were so helpful for our trip to disney. Helped me with understanding how to make the most of our Disney day with rides, times, what to bring etc. She also gave great suggestions on other places to visit which we did as well. She genuinely cares about her guests having the best experience. You can see from her reviews that I am not the only one who feels this way. I am so lucky to have had the opportunity to create such wonderful memories at Belle's Villa and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay and create that Disney magic. Thank you to Sarah for such a wonderful time and for opening your home and time to my family! We hope to return again. Coming home was hard my children still talk about Windsor Resort and Belle's Villa.

5-star accommodation and owner!

Everything you want and need for a wonderful Disney family vacation. Location is 15 minutes to the parks (off peak). Sarah (owner) is communicative, thoughtful and organized. The villa was clean, well appointed with quality appliances and decor (Disney themed of course); everything we needed for adults and kids. The backyard pool is sparkling and equipped with excellent safety precautions. Since we were focused on Disney we didn't get a chance to enjoy the great community amenities but the activities looked excellent. The entire process from start to finish was excellent.

A Perfect Disney Getaway!

Belle's Villa is truly magical! The home was spotless, and you can tell that so much care and attention to detail have gone into every part of it. Sarah is absolutely amazing—she clearly loves this place, and it shows in how thoughtfully everything is set up. Perfect!!!!!

I literally have nothing negative to say about our stay. It was perfect in every way. Better Than Any Onsite Hotel!

Our stay at Belle's Villa was absolutely amazing! The Disney theming and murals throughout the villa were incredible. We usually stay onsite, but we loved this more! It really made the experience magical, especially with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The Mickey and Minnie waffle maker was a delightful touch that the kids loved. The private pool was fantastic, offering the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the parks. The proximity to Disney was unbeatable, making it so easy to get to and from the parks. Sarah was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The clubhouse amenities were excellent as well. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Magical Stay

Belle's Villa near Disney was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, just a quick drive to the parks, yet peaceful and relaxing. Fantastic holiday villa

This is my 2nd year staying at Belle’s villa, the villa is in a fantastic location with only the Disney parks a 5/10 min drive away. The villa itself is spotless, very modern, lots of added touches you don’t get in other villas. The pool is fab and private with fantastic sunsets. Sarah the host is so lovely, nothing is a problem and is always on hand with the bookings or any queries that you might have. Awesome stay

Absolutely Fabulous & Stunning Villa!!!

I can’t recommend Belle’s Villa enough!!! The villa was absolutely beautiful inside & out! It felt so much like a home away from home & had everything we needed!!! Its location is perfectly close to all amenities, shopping and everything you need!! The house has a lovely pool which is perfect & made our stay so awesome! The rooms were so clean, cozy & decorated beautifully!!! I really can’t recommend this villa enough!! We will be coming back for sure!!! The best place to stay!

This was our second family Florida/Disney trip and second time staying at Windsor Hills. We loved the first place we stayed at but it was no longer available so stayed at Belles Villa which we all loved even more! My kids screams and jumping when they saw their room was priceless (even though they saw pictures before we left too!). Very clean and comfortable, just as pictured. Sarah provided all the extras that were not even expected and had great communication before to the end. Super easy drive to and from Disney to take breaks during the park day. And the pool at the townhome and the main pool/waterslide are so relaxing for non park days. Definitely want to come back!

GREAT STAY

Belle's Villa was exactly as presented. The home matched the pictures perfectly. Everything was clean upon arrival. We had 3 adults and 2 children and everyone had more than enough space. What a beautiful & wonderful home Belle’s Villa is! This is the most well-appointed, cleanest home we have ever rented in Orlando! The kitchen has everything you could need, the appliances are sparkling clean & perfect, and the living area is comfortable & just want you need after a long day in the parks. The bedrooms are spacious and thoughtfully decorated. Everything was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Fantastic Stay

My family (4 adults, 2 children) stayed at Belle's Villa while visiting Disney World. Before our stay, the owner was quick to respond to any & all questions I had which was awesome considering how much time we had to put into our other planning. Once we arrived the house was very clean & we loved all the attention to details. The home was very well stocked with things you'd need during your stay (kitchen items, pool towels, bath towels, etc.). I loved the privacy it offered with no neighbors behind the home. The resort is very nice & had a few free activities for the kids that we enjoyed. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for somewhere close to Disney World or just vacationing in the area.

Beautiful home and Sarah is the best host :)

Sarah is absolutely phenomenal! She is readily available to answer any questions and offer assistance if you need help with other aspects of your vacation. Her home is absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. The location is very convenient with lots of shopping, restaurants, and disney parks just minutes away. The clubhouse offers many activities, a pool, and splashpad that were just an added bonus as the home also had a pool where you can unwind and relax at the end of the day. We are looking forward to our next vacay and will be absolutely be booking with Sarah again.

Universal Trip

Dream Getaway Near Disney

Our stay was nothing short of magical. The fully equipped kitchen made meals a breeze, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The Magic of Disney only one villa away!

My family and I stay at Belles Villa, was nothing short, but magical. Perfectly located nearby to all Disney parks, resorts, and even a Walmart right around the corner. This was my first experience staying at any kind of rental home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place at such a reasonable price. His home is located in an amazing neighborhood with on-site amenities for pools, entertainment. Sarah was always there when I needed her if I had any questions months leading up to my stay and during my stay. A few days before my check-in date, my daughter got sick and we were supposed to go on a cruise before checking in at the Villa for the weekend. I immediately reached out to Sarah and told her my situation. Because no one had booked that week to stay at the villa, she was willing to let us check in that same day of our cruise if we decided not to go. Overall, my experience leading up to my stay and during my stay exceeded all expectations. This villa is absolutely beautiful and magical. If anybody is thinking about whether they should choose this home for their vacation or not I encourage you 100% confidence, Belles Villa is the place to be. 5/5 ⭐️

Thanksgiving Visit

Our family enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. Be Our Guest was a lovely place to stay for our Disney trip. We would definitely stay again!
