Inside lakehouse you’ll find a large gathering area with wall of windows overlooking the lake.

Kitchen is properly equipped with double oven, electric stove top, dishwasher, Keurig and tea station, RO filtered water, sonic style ice machine (the good ice), wine cooler. All expected appliances as well (waffle machine, blender, ice cream machine, etc.) Indoor dining seating includes a 6 seat dining table, an 4 seat game table, and 2 counter stools.

- Ideally located on peninsula between two public boat ramps within a mile accessing both sides on the lake.

Wonderful Neighbors on all sides are friendly and private.

• Not a “party” house. This is an older, well maintained family home.
• Lakehouse not as “kid/teen friendly” as other properties in area (upgraded furnishings, appliances, art, and accessories).
• Prefer guests who leave shoes outside so as to not track dust and dirt into the house. (The main door opens directly to the living room. There is no mudroom or foyer).
• Prefer guests who don’t plan to “crash” or sleep overnight on the sofas or recliners.
• Prefer adults/kids who respect furniture, floors, sofa 🛋️ coverings, and art … please no food, cookies, and crayons on couch. 🫣🙂 … just beer 🍺 and wine 🍷 😁

• If you are looking for a more informal option, then please consider our sister property “JuniperView Boathouse” right next door as separate rental or an add-on for extra guests and teens/kids.

• If you are looking for a super clean apartment with the option for your own private boat dock (you will spend most of your time on the lake or dock anyway), then please consider the third sister property “JuniperView Suites” also next door at parking level. (Best Value)

• No pets in lakehouse please … we have a beautiful suite available for you steps away if you need extra space for a guest with a pet. (Adjacent suite also works very well for couples with toddlers & young kids, while elders love the Lakehouse).
• The adjacent bunkhouse works very well for small groups of kids who like to run in and out between lake trips.

- Multiple lawn play areas at parking level and at lake level

Please Note:
• This is *not* a party house. Parties for anyone other than sleeping guests are strictly prohibited. Septic system isn’t designed for events, only for those staying on site.
• Neighbors are to be respected and are vigilant. They all have nice families, boats, nice homes, and children running around. Please drive slow, and keep music levels down after 10pm.

• Fireworks strictly prohibited due to fire hazard. Please don’t risk fire damage to the area and/or loss of property or injury.
If any guest is caught using fireworks 🎇 by local authorities, neighbors outdoor security cameras, or noise decibel detectors, guests will be asked to leave (evicted immediately), and security deposit refund will be legally withheld.

Security Camera:
- An exterior camera may be active during your stay. The camera is near the boathouse entry at the top of the steps. When camera is activated, it transmits and records sound.
