This particular unit needs a lot of work.

The unit we stayed in in January certainly did spoil us. Very clean and organized and anything you could ever want. This one was a little disappointing.

The property condition is not suitable to be rented.

I found many issues in the apartment that made us disappointed, this property is not suitable to be rented. The photos showed by VRBO do not present the real condition of the apartment, it needs a good renovation!. I have a good communication with Royal Shell who manages the property, none communication with the owner. We had several requests that were not totally fulfilled since they depended on the property owner. *The mattresses are very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs, they need at least mattress toppers for better sleep. *A/C is not working properly, we found the apartment too hot to feel comfortable. We asked for bed sheets (there are no extras in the apartment) to cover ourselves in case it was hot at night. *Fan in the kitchen is not working properly, remote contro doesn't work, we couldn't turn off the fan while the light was on. Brighter lightbulb is needed in the kitchen. *Visibly rusted refrigerator door. *We found a cup with coffee and sugar stuck inside in the cupboard, and the dirt inside the cupboard from the coffee. This is very unsafe during this covid time. *Ceramic pieces in the shower are broken, the condition of the bathroom is not good, one shower door is hard to move. It needs grout next to the sink. *One piece of wood of one of the bed headboards is missing. I'M DISSAPOINTED WITH VRBO THIS TIME, BECAUSE THEY ARE MISSREPRESENTING THE ACTUAL STAY OF THE PROPERTY. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THE VRBO FEE.

Great little condo!

I was very impressed with the location of this little condo. The only complaint I have is that the light and fan in the kitchen stopped working after our first night.

Watch for snakes!

Loved the view from the balcony. Had everything we needed in the kitchen besides a measuring cup and pizza cutter. The light in the kitchen would occasionally just turn off but then turn back on sometime later. Loved that it supplied beach chairs, cooler, and pool noodles. My kids and I love to take night strolls whenever we are in Florida but watch walking around the condos because we walked up on many many snakes. We were also getting eat up by little mosquitos whenever we were at the pool so some sort of bug spray is a must! All in all we had a good time staying at this condo!

We love it!

Absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed our stay. We love the views. The pools perfect. The location is so good. It is super close to the beach. We walk less than one minute to the beach. No parking issue. I highly recommend this property. You will not be sorry.

This property was amazing the view from the balcony was breathtaking we sat on the balcony to drink our coffee in the morning as well sitting in the evening before bed. We are definitely going to use this property group again.

The View!

The pictures of the view do not do it justice! It is fantastic! The place is somewhat more updated than the pictures show. Here are the important things...air conditioner works well...fridge and freezer work well...shower is great and plenty of hot water. Mattresses are ok, cheaper but fine.

It was a great location and they made accommodations to check in early.

Overall great for two people who just wanted to sit at the beach. The beach is convenient to walk to, along with good restaurants close by. The floors were a little dirty with sand and hair, but overall clean.

Bonita springs

My mom and I took a short trip to Bonita Springs to see my grandpa who hadn’t been doing too well. We stayed here and really enjoyed it. It was close to grandpa as well as the beaches we love to go to. Loved the view from this rental. The only issue we had was trying to find the main building to check in when we got there bc we got in late and it was dark. But that was just because I was unfamiliar with it, not their fault. We would stay here again

It was a great month weather wise

Once the kitchen facet was replaced it was great. The sliding glass door on the shower is partly off the track so just 1/2 of the unit slides. For us there were way too many pillows on the beds so just stacked them in the closet. Thinking about next year at this point.
