Was für ein Ort! 306 E Arctic ist (6 SCHLAFZIMMER ~ 4 GANZES BAD) ~ (SLEEPS 12) zu Hause und einer unserer besten Deals! Es ist (2. 5 Blocks zu Center Street), wo Sie alle gemütlichen Geschäfte, Restaurants, Strandbars finden, sowie direkt (über die Straße vom Ozean) mit nichts gebaut. Dieses Haus ist ein legaler Duplex mit einem kompletten 3 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bad, sowohl im Obergeschoss als auch im Erdgeschoss, beide haben ihre eigenen geräumigen Küchen und Wohnräume! Haustiere mit Zustimmung betrachtet. Es gibt auch einen neuen komplett eingezäunten Garten!

Wunderschöne Parkett- und Fliesenböden im ganzen Haus. Genießen Sie die (PRIVATE SCREENED PORCH) und (DECK), die mit Strandmöbeln ausgestattet sind, während Sie sich mit Blick auf den Atlantik entspannen. Es gibt (DIRECT BEACH ACCESS) gleich gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite 3 Lose.

Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Personen rund um die Insel im Obergeschoss. Alle neueren Fenster im gesamten Jahr (2016). (Gartenwanne) im Badezimmer. Sie können sich in diesem 'Zuhause' richtig wohlfühlen.

Amazing location, amazing screened in porch

This location could not be more perfect! It was central to all activities in Folly Beach and a quick trip into Charleston. Communication was above and beyond and house had the perfect screened in porch for late night chats. Would 100% stay again!

Great Get Away

The property is spacious with more than enough space to accommodate our family of 10. As we stayed in and cooked many meals, the kitchens are well appointed. Any issues we had with the property were equitably satisfied and the staff that we dealt with were professional and courteous. We would definitely consider this rental again should we return to Folly Beach.

Fall Family Vacation

One issue is the TV areas did not have enough comfortable furniture. A safety concern is the right front steps rail is very loose. The gate on upstairs deck will not close properly. The bathrooms and kitchens were excellent. Provided linens were also excellent.

Cozy beach cottage

Our stay was great. The location was everything with plenty of sleeping room. The porches were a great place to hangout, especially the covered one for the rainy days. It looked like it could use a deep clean especially on the porch but that is what you expect a bit with an older beach cottage.

Nice but Old

The location was perfect. The house is old and needs some TLC. The back yard is expansive but has a broken down building next to the house that is full of junk and assorted trash. The ground floor reeked of mildew and it caused a number of people in our party to get congested and sneeze a lot.

4 Day family celebration

Stayed her to celebrate birthdays, new grandson and med school graduation! The house layout was great. 3 bedrooms up with. Kictchen, sitting area and great porches and three bedrooms downstairs also with full kitchen, sitting areas and patios. Perfect for younger and older family members!!!! Great Location

The location was great but the toilets, showers and sinks were all clogged and ran really slow. The floors were also really dirty. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay. Very spacious. However, there is no way to get to the second floor from inside.

Close to everything

This house is as advertised, plenty of space and close to town. Everyone could easily walk to town or the beach at their own pace. The firepit was a great addition since the weather was a bit chilly. The two separate units were nice for privacy within our group. The only bummer was that you have to refill your own propane tank (ours was empty on arrival) and ask for a reimbursement. So, like the past guest, we didn't refill. Would definitely stay again.

Family stay for Wedding

Enjoyed our stay except for a few bumps. There is no outside light at the front of the house where you have to enter. My daughter tripped over a large flower pot because it was so dark. Luckily she was not injured. I purchased a camping lather the next day to put out at night so we could see to go in the front. The back entrance light is very dim so if we came in the back I moved the lantern to the back. This issue should be addressed. The description of the bedding is misleading because the laundry company told me not to include the mattress covers with the sheets and spreads. I understood these were also cleaned after each departure. A very pleasant stay for us

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our group, it was nice to have the separation of the two levels for people who needed their own space, but also great to have enough space to all hang together on one level. Just steps to the beach access and walkable to Center Street.

Perfect for multiple families

Our family had a great time at this location! The house was set up nicely with the two levels since we had several groups of people with us. I do wish that the levels were connected internally, but it was still nice to be able to split up. We had some trouble with the toilet running and AC leaking, but they sent someone out right away to get it fixed, so that was nice! We loved the front porch and spent a lot of time out there in the evenings. The location is great also! We rented a golf cart for convenience but there are a lot of things that are a short walking distance away. The only feedback I have is that the doors upstairs should be updated. They didn't close correctly from outside of the bedrooms and this was tricky when I had little ones to put to bed early. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would come back! Great weekend getaway

Excellent home with plenty of space for a large family to gather. The location cannot be beat - 100 yds to the beach and a short walk to many restaurants. Good

House was great for our 10-person group! It was so close to the beach, which was magnificent. The rooms, from kitchen to dining to bedrooms, were all really nice (though maybe could use some sprucing downstairs). Downstairs got a little humid and the A/C was a little tough to figure out. The outdoor staircase wasn't ideal for the rainy days, but overall such a pleasure. Would recommend. MyOceanRental: We are so glad you enjoyed your stay on Folly! We wished we had known you were having difficulty with the downstairs AC we would have been happy to send someone out to assist. We hope to host you again in the future!

lots of room, fantastic location

The house was very spacious. The kitchens both upstairs and down stairs needed to be organized as there were hardly any of the stuff needed for a meal downstairs. Great location and very roomy!

Enjoyed our rental very much! Clean and well equipped ! ( a few more coffee mugs would have been nice to have but we made due!) we had construction equipment move in early next door our last morning unfortunately that woke the household which was unfortunate but everything else was great!
