A unique one-story FOUR bedroom Villa. You won't find this type of house anymore, a spacious 4 bedroom with private pool with just a single floor, with NO STAIRS! Villa Bueno has all four bedrooms with a master suite including:

Bedroom 1: King-sized bed and private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds

The space
Nearby is our modern and stylish kitchen with all the conveniences you’ll require to create gourmet meals for your guests during your stay with us. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator and connects to the nearby dining area. All dishware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses will be provided for you upon your arrival.
This property has built-in central air conditioning, free high-speed WI-FI internet, and local cable television, which you can watch on the large, flat-panel T.V. located in the Family Room. Your safety and security are our utmost priority, and the door comes equipped with an electronic lock and code.
Villa Bueno also has access to laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and towels.

Villa Bueno is in Windsor Palms Resort in beautiful Kissimmee, Florida, and close to several attractions being less than twenty minutes away from Walt Disney World and its attractions. This location is also close to Universal Studios, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line, and the Providence Golf Course. This amazing Villa will be able to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests with four bedrooms and two bathrooms and is the very definition of luxurious living while on vacation.
The beautiful Windsor Palms Resort is a gated community in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida, and one of the closest properties to Walt Disney World. This lovely and private resort features an incredible Clubhouse, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, and lighted tennis courts. There is also The Tiki Bar with a full-sized menu and drinks available as well as a fifty-seven-seat movie theatre. There is also a fitness room and gym, in-room massages by licensed therapists, a sand volleyball court, and a family arcade with video games and a billiards table all from a securely guarded twenty-four-a-day location.

Other things to note
POOL HEATING:
Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $50.00/day and forty-eight (48) hours notice before the check-in date.
The heater is set to a maximum of 95F
The water temperature can take up to 24 hours to be completely heated depending on external temperature.
The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.

Each bathroom will be provided with some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, a garbage bag, dish detergent, and a roll of paper towels. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.


HOUSEKEEPING:
This property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before your check-in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

FOOD:
Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left on our properties and will be discarded after your stay.

GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:
Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.
