Holiday get-a-way

The rental was exactly what we needed for our short get-a-way. We were able to walk or drive to the beach and enjoy the pool. We paid for the heated pool, which was perfect for our adult children. The location is quiet and close to amenities. Communication was easy and clear, We would rent again.

Loved this house!!! Location to beach, shopping and restaurants was excellent

Couldn’t have asked for more…neighborhood and location was excellent. The whole atmosphere couldn’t have been any better. Vanderbilt beach was in walking distance and the warm weather was great. We were very happy with the Neopolitan House would definitely recommend this property👍

What an amazing house and location. We had everything we needed for a relaxing beach week in Naples. Located between the beach and restaurants, we could not have picked a better spot. The house and pool were comfortable, clean and well equipped! Beach chairs, garage, washer and dryer, this house has it all!

fantastic family time!

We enjoy every minute of our stay. The house is well constructed, comfortable beds and pillows, the pool has a lavish garden view, the kitchen is well equipped for the ones that like to cook. The location is excellent close to the beach and the stores. The check-in was an easy process with an electric code. Even tough our first day was a holyday we still have support from the office. The price is more than reasonable considering we are a family of 6 (that takes 3 hotel bedrooms)Happy Camper!

First and Last Impression - We will be back

Comfortable stay, professionally managed

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Neapolitan rental. This was very comfortable for a family of 5, including the nice, enclosed pool. The kitchen had everything you might need, and the beach toys and chairs were appreciated by the kids. In addition, the agency was responsive to all inquiries in a timely fashion. If we return to Naples, we will use again. Thank you.

Fabulous Stay!

This was an annual girls trip. We stayed close to the beach for the first time and thoroughly loved it. We were also thrilled the house had a pool, but next time we will pay the extra to have it heated as it was still chilly. The home was wonderful as it met our needs to accommodate 6 women. Very roomy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the fact it had several bikes to ride and plenty of beach chairs and towels to take to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and the lani was nice to be able to get out of the sun and enjoy conversations with everyone. We loved our stay and would go back again as it worked out perfectly for us.

Exceeded our expectations!

While the property seemed great online, you never really know until you get there. We were totally satisfied from the moment we booked to the moment we arrived until the time we checked out. Communication from the local property manager before our trip was great and super thorough. Everything about the house was just as described and as shown in the photos. We often stay in vacation rentals when we travel and this property was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. We loved the electronic lock on the front door - it was great to just arrive and let ourselves in without having to search for a lockbox or meet up with someone. I would rent from Naples Florida Vacation Homes, LLC again, It was a great - no hassle experience to work with this very professional local company!

Naples Park

My family and I had a delightful stay at this lovely home with a nice pool. We opted to not heat the pool because it would have cost an extra $1,800. We had amazing weather and for the most part found that we could use the pool fine. I compared the unheated pool to my parent’s heated pool and clearly it is better to heat it. If you have elderly parents or small children I would heat it but for our needs, we were fine not heating it. We had a couple of issues upon arrival ( sliding door and a running toilet) but the maintenance worker very promptly came and fixed everything. I would definitely rent this house again. We could walk both to the beach ( about 10 minutes) and to Mercato ( about 10 minutes). Fantastic location!

The house was nice and clean. The location was close to the beach. But several things did not work well in this house. First of all the garage door did not work so we could not use the garage. There was a water leak in the garage. The air conditioner stop working for an entire day, waiting for a repairman was not part of our vacation plan turns out the air conditioner needs a new pump. The kitchen did not have a garbage disposal. The sliding door to the pool did not close or lock dangerous!(waited for repairman for that too!)

Large, comfortable, space

Our stay at this property was most pleasant. It's a newer house with a great living space - tall ceilings and open floor plan. The outdoor area with the pool and lanai are quite lovely. Our beds were comfortable and the rooms nicely laid out. The furniture and decor could use a bit more flow - some pieces didn't really go with others but this wasn't a big deal. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and silverware and glasses, etc. We thought that the pots and pans, of which there were only two, could use a replacement because they were well worn and someone came by with new ones - not the best quality, but new indeed. We thought that the attentiveness of the company to accommodate our needs was very good - they responded very quickly to emails and sent someone over to check things out. We appreciated how they had beach chairs for us to use in the garage. The beach towels were a bit small and thin and could use replacing as well but I suppose they served their purpose. All and all, this was a very comfortable stay. What would grant the place 5 stars is an interior redesign of the furniture and art work such that everything flows better together. NOTE: the couches are comfortable.

Lovely Property In A Beautiful Area of Naples!

We visit Naples regularly every year. However this was the longest time between visits . We loved being back , we really enjoyed the pool everyday . We had it heated with the exception of our last few days. It was alittle cooler but still refreshing and fun ! The maintenance manager Luis was amazing and helpful with a few things that needed to be done. Even the roof was repaired while we were there! There wasn't any pool tubes or noodles , we purchased some and left them for other guests to enjoy. Lots of beach chairs and 2 old umbrellas ...we didn't use them. There were 2 coolers for us to use. The house was very clean (and we are very particular when it comes to cleaning ), I was impressed! The bedding and towels are hotel standard and cleaned. I washed them with Tide-Free and left them clean for other guests. Lots of beach towels and more were delivered when the dryer had an issue. The beds were comfortable ,clean with nice pillows. The kitchen was well appointed (it needs a pair of scissors ) but overall it was sufficient. We enjoyed the proximity to everything we love so the location was perfect for us. The place had many broken items. Don’t stay here or at any of their properties

Second bathroom water issue that caused us to have no shower for half out stay and a worker there all day who had to turn off all water. Grill broken and no gas. We bought food that ruined our plans. Garage door was broken. Beach chairs tattered and shabby. Umbrella broken. Basically nothing as advertised other than it had a roof. Very disappointed and ruined our trip. Call to the management company and emails went in answered. They kept having the maintenance people call when I asked for a higher level person. No on ever called or emailed. Do NOT rent this place or any other property owned by this landlord. Zero satisfaction and I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the over priced stay with a leas that desirable property.
