Relax and enjoy Southern hospitality having some bourbon, enjoy this homes game room or relax in the backyard next to the fire pit while smoking your dinner on the Traeger.

Masterson is a perfectly located newly built subdivision located close to Bluegrass Airport, 5 miles from Keeneland and Kentucky Horse Park, we are in the heart of the bourbon trail and 5 min. from UK.

Annual Keeneland Trip

This property provided everything we were looking for this was our 20+ year of going to the Keeneland Fall Meet. Property had quick & easy access to get to Keeneland in 10 minutes. House had open floor plan & large tv which made it great for watching football & baseball playoffs in the evening. Also was convenient to grocery stores & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Graduation Weekend Made Perfect

My family plus my extended family (Aunts, Uncles, Grandmom) stayed in this house for UK graduation. It was perfect. Well stocked and impeccably clean. And when I had questions, they could not have been more responsive. Highly recommend.

The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The listing said hot tub and the photo shows a pool, but it had neither. Nevertheless our stay was good.

Great homebase for weekend in Lexington

This is a great location to enjoy a weekend in Lexington. The house is very clean and plenty of room for 8 people. It is well equipped with everything you would want in your own home. Nice quiet neighbourhood and enjoyed the fire pit in the spacious backyard.

Lovely home for a weekend at the races

My family and I stayed here for a Lexington getaway weekend. The location is ideal. Centrally located to Keeneland, the airport, downtown Lexington, numerous horse farms and bourbon trail distilleries. Our host was very responsive and accommodating for any needs, wanting to ensure we’d have a 5-star experience. Initially, there was a mistake in the listing, which he promptly rectified and compensated us for. The house was comfortable and stocked with plenty of linens. Would absolutely stay here again!

Family Christmas 2023

The property is in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping, dining, and local attractions. We were meeting family for Christmas and the host did an excellent job of setting up a beautiful Christmas tree and having it decorated before we arrived. The house is neat and clean, with plenty of seating for our family. Bedrooms are very nicely decorated, clean, with comfortable beds. There are accommodations for the children, such as a high chair, a pack n play, play mats, infant bath tub, dinner ware for children, etc. we couldn’t have ask for better accommodations to spend our holiday! Great job!

Great House Great Location!

Of all the vacation rentals we've stayed at, this place felt the most like home. And with 10 adults there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean, in a great location for the places we wanted to visit and super easy check-in/check-out. Although Jeremy was out of town and in a different time zone there was no issue with communication. And happily offered recommendations for places to go/things to do. Our group agreed we would recommend this house to anyone and would gladly reserve it again in future. And for anyone staying at this house in future, make time during your stay to visit and see the Keeneland Race Track!

Great Place to Stay When doing the Bourbon Trail

This was a perfect house for a group of 7 of us that were in Lexington to do the Bourbon Trail. House was very clean,well decorated, and had everything that you would need. Jeremy was a great host who provided good communication and was very responsive to any question that we had. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for house in the Lexington area! We will be back!

Hello, we are the Barker family. We are a Utah family that have a vacation/ Short term rentals in Utah and Kentucky. We refer to both of these states as home and love what each of them have to offer. Our kids are growing up and we enjoy traveling enjoying every minute with them before they leave the nest. We build each of our homes out just as if we are staying in them full time. We like comfortable couches, good cookware, appliances and tv's in each room, and more importantly super comfortable beds, pillows and linens, We try and create something special that captures the area the homes are in. We hope you enjoy our homes as much as we do.

It is truly 5-10 miles from anywhere you you need to get to such as the airport, Keeneland racetrack, Kentucky Horse park, or downtown for some great dining. We have built out this home like ones we like to stay in, we don't expect you to have junky furniture, terrible mattresses, linens and pillows. We travel a lot and we know what we like is usually what most people enjoy too.
