🌊 Well Appointed Home Steps from Pewaukee Lake + King Bed 🌊

The Pewaukee Lake House is in the heart of Pewaukee where you’ll find both adventure and relaxation ! It’s equipped with a full kitchen and comfy outdoor furniture so you never have to leave, but if you decide to venture out, you’re a quick 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, activities and the beautiful Pewaukee Lake.

*The space*
The Pewaukee Lake House has been fully renovated to bring lake vibes throughout! This relaxed retreat is part of our home but with the layout you will hardly hear us as there is minimal shared wall space and private entries. We do have an adorable labradoodle so you may hear an occasional bark. From time to time, you may also hear the train go through and blow the horn. Ear plugs and white noise machines are provided if you need it!

Whether you are looking to vacation in Lake Country or passing through as a business traveler the following will make for a perfect stay-
- Full kitchen, stocked with cooking utensils, serving ware and large dinning table
- Complimentary coffee/ tea station
- Back patio with lounge couch, BBQ grill and lake views!
- In-suite washer and dryer + iron/ironing board
- Bathroom stocked with toiletries - shampoo/conditioner, soap, q tips, hair dryer, first aid kit
- High speed internet + smart TV - Workstation desk with chair
- Fresh linens + clean towels
- Dedicated parking stalls
- Custom three seasons room
- Central air conditioning

We allow up to 4 adults and 2 children, with sleeping arrangements being 3 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 trundle bed with 2 twin-sized mattresses (suitable only for children under 15). Pets are not allowed.

*Guest access*
You will have access to the entire rental unit, and your own two parking stalls! Please contact owner if you need additional parking. Smart key code will be given prior to check in.

Please note that while all guests are welcome, we want to make sure to note that two of the bedrooms are upstairs so this might not be a good fit for those with different abilities or mobility challenges. Safety and comfort of our guests is top priority!

*Other things to note*
If you want any additional recommendations of activities, recreation, dining, etc. in the area, we have many local recommendations in our Welcome Book upon your arrival! Summer fun favorites include Wednesday's Live Music downtown at beach and Thursday's Water Ski Shows downtown at the beach.

The Pewaukee Lake House is a non-smoking residence. No smoking is allowed on the property including all outdoor space. House does have a Ring doorbell with camera facing out and outdoor facing cameras over the driveway and backyard.

The fireplaces are not functional.

The garage is reserved for personal use and will not be available for use during your stay.

The home is in a neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed.
