Diese Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist genau der richtige Ort für Ihren Urlaub. Ein Kingsize-Bett und zwei Queensize-Betten sowie ein Schlafsofa bieten Platz für 8 Personen. Genießen Sie eine Küche in voller Größe sowie eine Küchenzeile in der Studioeinheit.

Das Pilot House befindet sich im Herzen von Sandestin im schönen Dorf Baytowne Wharf. Das Dorf bietet mehr als ein Dutzend Geschäfte, atemberaubende Boutiquen und gehobene Restaurants. Im Gemeinschaftsbereich finden immer Abendveranstaltungen statt, darunter Konzerte und Filme auf dem Rasen. Sandestin verfügt über 72 Löcher Golf, 14 Tennisplätze, ein Spa mit umfassendem Service und viele Aktivitäten für Familien. Baytowne bietet Zugang zu Stränden am Golf und an der Bucht. Der Strand befindet sich ungefähr 1,6 km jenseits des Highway 98.

Perfect location

This was the perfect property for our family of 4. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful with plenty of room to spread out. We loved that we could just walk out the door to all the restaurants and activities at the Wharf. While the tram is available we took our car to the beach bc is was so close and easy. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Sandestin.

Convenient location!

Great location for a family to just walk right into Baytowne Village! Pool was nice and it was nice to have a parking garage! The unit was clean, but quite noisy around us. Sleep fans helped at night! Pack towels, shampoo, and keurig coffee cups! All things we had very little of!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was so convenient for my crew to simply walk out the front door to do all the things we wanted. Rented bikes one day and took the tram to the beach another. Love the vibes at Baytowne Wharf! Gina was excellent to work with. We will be back!

Perfect!

The location of your condo was perfect for walking to restaurants, bars and shopping. We were impressed with the cleanliness upon entering the condo for the first time. The private patio was ideal for spending special time with our friends. The pool and all the area around the pool were beautiful and relaxing, We wil definitely be back.

Large condo with comfy couches, chairs and beds. Communication with Gina was great. Location was perfect and its so nice to have the shuttle. Kitchen stocked with everhthing you would need to cook. Was a great stay and would stay again for sure!

Excellent all around!

I will definitely stay here again. We had a fantastic time. The location is great, comfy beds, plenty of room, beach chairs and umbrellas to use and plenty of towels. Honestly I have no complaints. We did have one snafu with the door lock but the host was on top of it and got it fixed immediately. This is the place to stay!

Family Fishing Trip for the Guys

Perfect accommodations for our annual fishing trip and we will be back! The location was in walking distance to restaurants and stores yet we had plenty of quiet and privacy. Our host was excellent and responded above and beyond and even offered early check in and late check out. Can’t say enough good things about this stay!

A great getaway

This place…the condo, resort, location, layout, access, parking, amenities were all absolutely perfect. Owner communication is superb and the place is exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, linens exceptional, and this place exceeded all expectations. Resort amenities were perfect as well. Easy access to pool, Wharf shops and restaurants were merely steps from the building, parking garage was a big advantage for parking as well as loading/unloading, and the complimentary shuttle to the beach was a pleasant surprise. We will be booking this one from now on for our regular visits to the area!

Week away with teens

We had a wonderful week away at Baytown Wharf. The unit was clean and exactly how described. Gina made the process seamless. It was a great location to shops and restaurants. The beach was extremely crowded, but the beach chairs and umbrella provided was very helpful. There were no beach towels so it’s important to pack some for your trip, we ended up buying them at Walmart down the road. My only complaint is the couch seems warn and time for a replacement (a sleep sofas would have been nice with teens) Overall a wonderful stay and experience!

Family vacation 2023

The Condo was fantastic, wish I could say the same thing about Baytown Wharf. They do not account for multi bedroom apartments and the need for more parking spots. They have leased spaces in the public parking to a Velate group and they take a lot of spaces. The only other area to park is a long way away.. The owner of the condo was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. their place was well maintained and within walking distance to Baytown wharf village.

It is wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants, shopping and much more and not have to worry about traffic or parking. Also having a ground floor unit allows you to walk right into the building from the parking garage and not have to take an elevator.
