PETS:
-Pets under 30 pounds are welcome with prior approval only. Your pet should be included in your guest count when reserving this home.
-It is the pet owners' responsibility to be proactive when it comes to furry loved ones running leash-free in the yard.
- We ask our guests not to leave their puppy home alone.

POOL:
- The pool is professionally maintained and cleaned, but it is not covered so wind or pollen might blow some leaves from the garden into the pool.
- the pool is NOT HEATED.
