It boasts a comfortable couch where you can take a power nap or sit back with your friends. An island kitchen awaits you and your guests should you be in the mood for cooking an exceptional homemade meal. Unwind by the gas fireplace and sip hot cocoa. Sit out and watch the sunset gathered around the firepit with good drinks and even better company.

Boat docks and slips are available to rent. The Reserve does not offer watercraft rentals. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive information on local watercraft companies that deliver to The Reserve Marina.
Vacasa does not manage the common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis.
Drought conditions will affect the water levels for Lake Travis so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
