DESCRIPTION
The home has a spacious layout that is perfect for a family beach vacation. The main level features a light-filled living room with plenty of windows that look out to the grassy backyard and patio.
The dining area for 10 opens to the adjacent nicely equipped and updated kitchen, with island seating for 4, and just off the kitchen is a casual dining table for 6 with ocean views.
There are 2 guest rooms on the main level and the upstairs features 3 more bedrooms and bathrooms. The second level also features an ocean-view family room with a fireplace, wet bar, TV and sofa seating. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open to the view terrace with lounge seating and sweeping ocean, beach and park views. This is where you want to be!
The Shores Jewel is just off the main beach; simply cross the street and you are on the sands of La Jolla Shores and the adjacent oceanfront grass park with picnic tables, and a beachfront playground. Walk to the north and explore Scripps pier and the cliffs above Blacks Beach, or head south to the commercial district for beach shops and rentals and a great selection or dining options.
