Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and our dozens of golf courses.

Beautiful condo and great location

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is beautifully decorated and bright. A two minute walk is all it took to get to the beach!!! We would highly recommend it!

Great place to relax and hit the beach

Beautiful, we’ll maintained complex. Quiet at night. Easy access to Hwy 98. Great view. Comfortable beds, sofa and chairs. Have stayed at Maravilla before, first time in this unit 4301. Will definitely stay there again!

Deceiving Listing/Great Location

The gated community and its location are wonderful. This condo needs work and the listing wording is deceiving and not accurate. There is no cable or TV service in either of the bunk bed TVs. The paint in the bunk beds peeled all over our children. The bath tub has no drain, so no one can take a bath. The water pressure is terrible. You can hear everything from neighbors above you so do not plan on sleeping. Nothing is included. Everyday you will have to buy your own beach chairs or bring your own. The condo does not offer any or have any for use. Bring dishwashing soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and cleaning products. You will not have enough for a week.
