These two houses (0.5 miles apart) are the perfect combination for a large group looking for a retreat in Dahlonega wine country. This dog-friendly (pet fee applies*) listing is for renting both houses, though each can be rented separately. Ask us to read reviews of each property individually to see what our guests have to say about them.

The main home will amaze you with its outdoor amenities, including the basketball/pickleball court, trampoline, six-person hot tub, and large fire pit, not to mention the fireman's pole inside.

The main floor of the home features a library room, a large master suite with a separate dressing room, a spacious dining room and kitchen, and of course the fireman's pole leading to the lower level (or you can take the stairs if you're boring).

Downstairs you will find a bunkroom and four other bedrooms with queen beds. There's also a theater room with a projector and Street Fighter 2 arcade game. All bedrooms have either a smart TV or a TV with an Amazon FireStick.

The second home is a quaint but spacious cottage (~1200 sq ft) and is located just 0.5 miles from the six-bedroom home in the heart of Dahlonega Wine Country. Dog-friendly* and featuring two bedrooms with queen beds and two full baths (one ensuite), this home is great for up to six guests. Sleeping options for extra guests include a queen air mattress and a twin rollaway cot.

Our guests find this stylish cottage charming with its unique, locally-sourced antique décor. The cottage features a gas fireplace, spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen. With almost half an acre of fenced area, it's a great place for your dogs or kids to play, and the yard also includes a fire pit, horseshoe pit, and kennel with attached dog cabin. For those who want to stay connected, the cabin comes equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a 58" smart TV, and voice command speakers throughout the house.

The larger home sits on over 18 acres and has excellent privacy, however, we are not an event venue. The smaller house is on a one acre lot in a small subdivision.

Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in.
Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking.

Property Notes:

-Pets are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you've added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 dogs.
- Guests from the smaller house may share the amenities at the larger home, but no more than 14 guests sleeping overnight at the larger home, and no more than six in the smaller one.
- The road to the larger house is a bit bumpy, but you do not need four wheel drive or a high clearance car.
- We have a Ring doorbell at the front door of the larger house.
- The fireman's pole access is locked, and the combination to the lockbox for the key will be provided to the guest that books after reservation. If you choose to unlock the fireman's pole you assume all risk.
- The trampoline is only to be used under adult supervision, and guests assume all risk.
- The fenced-in yard at the smaller house is a combination wood and wire fence (the wire is hard to see in the photos), but the fence will hold your dog.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.

Additionally, although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance through Generali Global Assistance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason.
