This 2nd story condominium, located in the heart of BHI’s maritime forest, has been recently remodeled, newly furnished and beautifully decorated.

Property highlights:
• Centrally located on the island, making it minutes away from the beaches, Clubs and restaurants
• Well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and full cookware
• Comfortable dining and living room spaces with plenty of seating
• 2 full bathrooms (1 walk-in shower / 1 shower/tub combo)
• Sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed and there are 2 Twin beds in the loft.
• 2 fully furnished balconies for you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. One overlooks BHI Club golf course hole #14 and the other overlooks the community pool open to all Royal James’ guests.
• All bed, bath, and pool/beach linens are included.
• Two golf carts are included: two 4-seater carts
• BHI Club Guest memberships are available and sold separately.
*Note* All Guest Memberships are purchased directly from the Club and often sell out quickly during the summer and holidays. We recommend you purchase your Guest Memberships as soon as your vacation rental reservation is confirmed. Property owners cannot answer any Club questions or purchase the memberships for you. Great BHI accommodation.

Everything we needed was there and in working order. We enjoyed the location, central to the island, the golf carts were well maintained, plenty of towels provided, quality washer/dryer. The pool was great after a day at the beach (but the property association should consider redoing the wooden deck, it is a splinter hazard) Great place to stay, highly recommended

5 Star Vacation

This vacation home was one for the books! I highly recommend this place and these hosts! Some of the best you can find on BHI. They are very accommodating and do everything to make your stay the best! The house is so beautiful. Something we found so useful was the kicking AC and a working ice maker. Would definitely recommend and also will be staying here again!

So glad we chose this place to stay

we chose this condo based on ratings and not needing a whole house for my Husband and I ALTHOUGH… this condo would house an entire family just fine! The condo itself is very clean and updated. The Neighborhood is peaceful. We saw lots of deer near the entrance of the neighborhood almost every time we road through! The owners were very accommodating and easily contacted. 10 out of 10 recommend. We would def stay here again.

Lovely stay

Host was very accommodating! While we only stayed a couple of nights, the home had everything you needed and kitchen was stocked. The bed and bedsheets were very comfortable, which is not common when staying at a rental as most linens are commercial use and you could tell theirs were much higher end. All in, 5 star rating and a great way to experience BHI for the first time, or long timers looking for a nice weekend getaway.

End of Summer Getaway

Had a wonderful time on BHI; the condo was terrific. Very open and spacious - and relaxing! The owners were wonderful to work with - we even had a laugh about a "missing" cart, but they were responsive through it all! Carts, beach chairs, towels - everything you need to enjoy the beach, so it was a relief to leave mostly everything at home. Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing Condo

This condo is STUNNING. It has been very well decorated and furnished with quality items. The kitchen has many utensils and dish options for cooking meals. The washer and dryer are brand new. The bathrooms make you feel like you're at a resort. The location of the condo is perfect, too, as you're right in the middle of the island. If you see this available - you better snag it before it's gone!

I can honestly say, sharing our mutual love for Bald Head Island, created an instant bonding moment for us! You see, Ben and I met in Raleigh, NC in May of 2016. On our first date, he told me he was currently a full-time resident of Bald Head Island and came to Raleigh on a regular basis for his business. He then explained he had been a property owner on the island since the mid-90's. I, too, explained I had spent time on the Island in the 90's, as a nanny for a family from Chapel Hill. Even in Raleigh, the Island was working her magic! Because two years later, I also became a full-time resident of BHI and have developed the most amazing groups of friendships imaginable! BHI people are so special! We lived on Island until early 2022, when our plans to spend more time in Florida began to take shape. We decided to sell our house and buy this Royal James Condo. Now we can still come to the Island to spend time with our friends and we have the unique opportunity to share the magic of Bald Head Island with others!
