Willkommen in Indian Rocks Beach! Willkommen in Hamilton House!

Indian Rocks Beach ist ein schönes, familienorientierte Strand der Stadt. Es umfasst eine Spanne von etwa 2. 7 Meilen von unvergleichlicher Schönheit entlang der Golfküste. Dies ist der perfekte Ort für einen Urlaub ... eine perfekte Mischung aus Abgeschiedenheit und Abenteuer! Es gibt viele Arten von Aktivitäten für alle Altersgruppen zu genießen. Es gibt unbegrenzte Wassersportarten am Strand entlang zu versuchen, die nur wenige Schritte entfernt von unserer Aufzugstüren ist. Kolb Park ist über die Straße für die Kleinen zu spielen, wenn sie eine Pause vom Strand und Pool wollen. Ein Skatepark ist richtig, es auch für die Älteren ihr Können zu zeigen. Eine eklektische Mischung von köstlichen Restaurants entlang Gulf Boulevard für Ihren Genuss verstreut. Nachtleben und Aktion kann wenige Minuten in Clearwater und St. Petersburg Strände zu finden. Orlando und all seinen Themenparks sind etwa 90 Minuten entfernt. Busch Gardens ist etwa 40 Minuten entfernt. Und am Ende des Tages können Sie schmiegen sich zurück in die Ruhe von Hamilton House.

Unsere Wohnung wurde kürzlich mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, schönen Küchenschränken, riesigen 3-Panel-Glasschiebetüren und vielem mehr renoviert. Es ist ein komfortables 2 Schlafzimmer (Queen-Bett in jedem Zimmer), 2 Badezimmer mit einem teilweisen Blick auf den Strand. Es verfügt auch über einen Essbereich und eine Waschmaschine und Trockner. Kabel-TV ist im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer verfügbar. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat einen Fernseher, aber keinen Kabelanschluss. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre Lieblings-TV-Streaming-Geräte mit.

Diese Wohnung hat eine perfekte Urlaubsatmosphäre mit keiner der kommerziellen Atmosphäre. Es ist ein Paradies ... Kommen Sie im Paradies bleiben ...

Comfortable Indian Rocks Beach Rental

Owner was very helpful in letting us know that we could get in a bit early. Loved the ease of getting to the beach. Liked the location near restaurants and out of the busiest area. Very clean and very nice layout. We would like to rent in the future.

We loved the location and had perfect weather. For some reason the humidity level was extremely high and made everything feel damp. A dehumidifier would help make this location more comfortable I would also recommend upgrading the silverware so that there are enough pieces to last a day. We really loved the location and these few additions would make this place so much better.

Amazing Stay

Highly recommend staying here. This Is the best experience we’ve had getting a place in this area and would love to stay there again. It was walking distance to delicious restaurants and the beach and the pool were perfect for our family. The place was very clean and filled with amazing amenities.

Amazing place to stay!

This was our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, quiet and family friendly, amazing location to a ton of really good places to eat (restaurants, cafes, ice cream shop, and delis). Having the room on the first floor was amazing bc we didn’t have to worry about waiting for the elevator or going up a bunch of stairs. The owners were also really sweet and quick to respond to any questions we had here. Do yourself a favor and book this condo…and have a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

Perfect condo for 4!

When our usual condo was unavailable I had to start looking elsewhere! I was a little nervous to make a change in location but this condo did not disappoint! It was the perfect size for our family of 4! It met all our needs, we didn’t cook or use the kitchen much but I appreciated the ice maker that gave us the perfect sized ice for our drinks to take to the beach! They had beach toys for the kids and we brought a Roku for their room which worked out perfectly! The beach location was great and we’ve already started looking for our next opportunity to come back and stay here again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and how close the property was to various restaurants. Beach access was far enough away from the Public Beach Access so there was plenty of room to spread out at the beach. Property was clean and well maintained. Only issue was elevators went out 3 days in a row but management was quick to resolve each day. The pool was a little crowded at times but we stayed on the beach most of the time so it was not an issue for us. Unit was clean and as advertised. We loved sitting on the porch in the evenings and listening to the live music from Chicago Jax while watching the Sunset.

So close to the Beach

We were so amazed at how close this was to the beach and it had beach chairs and everything you need to Cook. So clean! The managers were so friendly and responded very quick. Check in and check out was seamless. I will definitely be going back! We had a blast!

Unfortunately there are only a few positives - location, elevator, nice big balcony (although side view of gulf), VRBO site was easy for payments and retrieving condo info. Easy to find the building and access to everything was simple. There were a few supplies provided like paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap. It was fine if all you are looking for is a place to rest your head. However there are Negatives that need to be addressed: Bed sheets and Mattress cover was not washed from previous guest, we had to wash them on day one. Bathrooms were dirty, especially the toilets. we had to clean them on day one. Dishes in cabinets were limited and some put away dirty. Could not get dishwasher to work, so hand washed all dishes. Bed in master is a queen and very uncomfortable. No Counter space in ensuite. Very low water pressure. Couch extremely uncomfortable and dirty- needs to be cleaned or replaced. The condo needs a complete refresh from new cabinets and paint, to the furniture and kitchen essentials. Could have used a better toaster, a kettle, more glasses. We paid more than we would have wanted to, but we liked the area from past visits and went ahead and booked it. However, we were a bit disappointed considering the price. In the same building a guest complained to us that the condo he booked was quite dirty as well. This condo has so much potential, but needs some TLC.

Great location

Great proximity to the beach. But Kitchen lacked supplies — had to buy garbage bags, laundry soap, dishwasher soap etc. baking sheets need to be replaced. We bought foil to cover them. also sound travels easily throughout the Building. If you happen to have quiet neighbors not a problem. We had noisy kids down the hall. It was an annoyance but not bad enough to call police and after speaking to the father it improved somewhat. Patio had four Adirondack chairs that were nice but it would have been great to have table and chairs to eat a meal out there. Overall we had a good time and loved the beach.

Very clean property, great pool, and you couldn’t be closer to the beach. Trolley and Uber is all we needed for transportation. Host was good at communication. Only improvement could be more supplies, no kitchen towels or wash cloths and only 3 dishwasher pods for a weeks stay. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay, great location!

The complex was well kept and on the beach with less than a minute walk to the water. The pool was heated comfortably and has plenty of deck chairs. The condo had beach chairs, toys and towels for use. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Wish list: more hangers, better cotton bed sheets, extra pillowcases.

Loved the location. The Gulf is in the backyard of this Condo. The quaint Cafe's and restaurants are within a walkable distance. Loved the climate of this part of Indian Rocks Beach.

Relaxation and Beach time in January

This is our second time visiting IRB in January and staying at this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome location on the beach. Our rental had everything promised…only wished to stay longer!!!

A mixed bag

With some tweaks it could be a decent every year stay for us. The PROS: very responsive owner, super clean, bldg right on beach, actually heated pool, pool is wind blocked (good for Dec-Feb weather), walkable to a few good restaurants, quiet area, provides big beach towels, big porch, 2 coffee maker options (Keurig/ drip). CONS: the mothball musty smell. The first two nights it was so strong that I used Starbucks coffee, the grinder we brought, and put bowls of coffee around the unit just so I could stay in there. Then we finally bought a diffuser and essential oils just to try and hide it. It was enough where someone hugged us after 2 nights there and said that I smelled of mothballs. YIKES. Maybe an ozone machine could get the smell out. If you have neighbors upstairs from this unit, make sure to bring your white noise machines. The people (kids) in 206 were dragging furniture around starting at 7am through bedtime. Made work calls, sleeping in, etc. impossible. It is so loud – and we even brought noise machines (on full volume). The bath (not beach) towels and sheets had so much fabric softener they were tacky to the touch. We had to wash them 4x just so our skin wouldn’t smell like softener. Kitchenware needs updating. No wine glasses. No grater, no strainer. Bring your own egg pan. Most of these (except the ceiling/noises) are an easy fix and given the responsiveness of the owner, I’m sure she will remediate timely.

Easy walk to the beach

The condo had everything we needed. I loved having the balcony in the bedroom. It was like a big window to watch the palm trees outside. We went to the beach almost every day. The attendants kept the area very clean and maintained. We like a hard bed so we took the topper off for the week. Perfect sleep. Would love to stay again next year. Good time to stay.

The condo was excellent, just as described in the listing, and photos are true to reality. Still a beautiful view even with a side balcony, wonderful short walk to the beach area, and couch/beds were comfy. It didn’t have as much beach equipment as I was expecting (at least four chairs and an umbrella) only two actual beach chairs, a chair in a bag, and no umbrella. The area is walkable and had lots of good food nearby and so close to Clearwater and St Pete. Would absolutely recommend!!

Great location

The room itself was very nicely remodeled, clean with basic cooking utensils, coffeemaker, toaster and beach items. This location, with some great restaurants in walking distance, was perfect for us. The two balconies were roomy with a partial view of ocean as stated. I would have liked a couple of extra kitchen trash bags there, but we managed just fine. The elevator was older but worked fine. No landscaping to speak of, but that didnt matter to us as the rate was very fair. All in all it was a great and affordable place to stay.
