Das Beach House liegt nur 200 Schritte von den wunderschönen weißen Sandstränden an der Westküste von Florida entfernt. Die sanften Gewässer des Golfs eignen sich perfekt zum Schwimmen für Jung und Alt. Die kilometerlangen Strände eignen sich hervorragend für lange Spaziergänge oder Läufe.

Great Location

Walking to the beach was easy! The house offered a few beach chairs and other beach toys. Missing was a wagon to pull them to the beach, but it isn't that far. John's Pass that includes many shops and restaurants (including Bubba Gump's) is only a short walk. This is a perfect location for a relaxing vacation!

The property was just as advertised. We searched for an ADA accessible property and this was as close as we could get. The house could use some better (or sharpened) knives. They were all very dull.

Fun week at the beach

The Treasure Island property was perfect. Everything you could possibly want or need was in the house. It was clean, decorated beautiful, beds were comfortable, kitchen amazing, lots of games, toys , beach chairs, close to the beach. Gail was very communicative and accommodating. Area was perfect for getting to restaurants and store, all in walking distance. It was a great experience and we are looking forward to doing it again. Third time I have used Vrbo and it has been a positive experience every time.

Great space steps from the beach!

We rented Gail's beach house in July, 2016. Our party included 3 generations and 7 people (5 adults, 2 kids). The beach house comfortably accommodated all of us. Everything was clean and as described in the description. The location was very convenient to St John's Pass, as well as many other restaurants and shops up and down the beach. The beach itself was easily accessed at the end of the street and the beach was clean and not crowded. Having beach toys for the kids at the house was a great help. Overall we had a very nice and relaxing stay and would definitely consider staying again if we come to that area again. Thanks, Gail!

Great Beach House!!

We had a great stay at Gail's beach house. The location is wonderful in that you have a very short walk to the beach and to shops at John's Pass. This was great for our group, enabling everyone to come and go easily and not be dependent on a car. The house itself is great. While not very big, because of the efficient layout and furnishings, it handles 6-8 people with ease. We ranged from 2-7 in the house and it was quite comfortable. The house has a lot of nice touches, including the really nice decking around 3/4 of the house, nice outdoor furniture and grill, even beach umbrellas/chairs/toys/games. Pretty much anything you could want at the beach. Plus, since we were there over Christmas, Gail even had nice Christmas lights set up around the deck! Also, the wifi was great. So, everything about the house made for a wonderful Christmas vacation!

Treasure Island Beach House

This was our second relatively long-term stay at Gayle's Beach House and was, again, a perfectly wonderful experience. Gayle continues to upgrade her house, which was very nice to begin with, probably accurately described as luxurious by beach standards. The location is ideal- a block off the beach within an easy walk to shopping, dining, and nightlife. The area is ideal for families with children, or without. An added bonus to this property is the abundant outdoor space, either in the sun or shade. Overall, this is a great place to enjoy Florida beach life!

Fabulous Beach House Vacation!!!

Our little group of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) spent a fabulous week at Gail's beach house! From the moment we stepped inside we felt comfortable and 'at home'. Pros: the beach house is spacious, super clean, everything in excellent working condition, comfortable beds and furniture, lots of indoor and outdoor seating options and the handy and fun outdoor shower for post beach rinse offs! Cons: none! Friendly neighbours, quiet evenings and a short stroll to the beach and fishing, this place has it all! We are frequent Airbnb, VRBO, etc users and this is probably the best property we've ever rented. Though we didn't meet Gail in person she is an excellent host and great communicator. We loved the games and videos and sand toys, plenty of cooking implements, dishes, glassware, etc. Gail has thought of everything. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Ladies Turkey Trot

What a fabulous Beach House!!!It was like it was designed for the 6 of us, who traveled from Buffalo for our annual ladies getaway before the holiday! Just steps from the beautiful Treasure Island beach and a short walk to numerous restaurants ,etc. all made it the perfect location! We walked to breakfast each morning and there is a beautiful path to follow (wide sidewalk) from the public beach almost all the way to the private beach by the cottage.The rooms and decor are beautiful and very spacious!!!Easy to unpack and make your self at home. Everything one could need for a perfect beach vacation is there.The patio and adirondacks on the porch are great for early morning coffee or late afternoon wine time.And if one wants to cook a meal or two, the kitchen has everything you need and plenty of seating. The Tampa airport is only a half hour drive and lots of fun restaurants,shopping and sights to be seen there as well! Look forward to making our way back in the very near future...fun,relaxation and great memories were had by all! Highly reccomend!!

Fantastic Girls Weekend!

Treasure Island Treasure

"Steps to the Beach" accurately describes the location of this vacation home. It's also steps to restaurants, bars, ice cream, etc- - all the things that make vacations enjoyable. The house opens on to a quiet street suitable for visiting neighbors or strolling and a nice place to walk for our 18 month old granddaughter. Gail has remodeled the interior of the home wonderfully, with beautiful and functional kitchen/eating area and baths, all done in granite and tile. Bedrooms are large and well appointed with ample storage/closet space. The exterior has very nice decks on three sides, so you always have access to sun and/or shade, as you desire. Some of the furnishings and linens are not up to par with the quality of the home but are adequate, as are kitchen appliances. Overall, this is a great vacation home in a great location!

I grew up in a small town in Connecticut. I moved to Tampa in 1981 and haven't been back North since then. I love Florida and all it has to offer. The weather is amazing, especially in the winter when I'm wearing shorts and all my friends up North are shoveling snow and freezing!

The Beach House is located on the beautiful West Coast of Florida. The beaches are beautiful and the Gulf waters are typically calm and warm. The location of this beach house is perfect as it is only steps to the beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants.

I love the sunsets on the West Coast. Every evening, I walk down the boardwalk to the beach and sit on the steps and watch the sunset. It's amazing every time!
