Blick auf Nantucket Sound. Wäsche-Service und Vor-Ort-Management. Harbor Village ist eine ruhige, abgelegene Dorf in Privatbesitz Cape Stil Häuser an der Südküste von Cape Cod am Rande des Hyannisport entfernt. Das 17-Hektar großen Halbinsel ist ein Ort der natürlichen Schönheit, übersät mit Kiefern und mit kühlen Sandwege, die zum Meer Strand geschnürt. Unser privater Fußweg zum Strand Quahog überbrückt eine creekbed mit wilden Blumen gefüllt - ein feiner Ort, um die Natur bei Sonnenaufgang zu belauschen. Ergeben sich aus der Waldlehrpfad, kreuzen winzige Ocean Avenue und Ihre eigenen Brückenkopf eingestellt, Sonne, Picknick oder beobachten Sie die Matrosen auf Nantucket Sound. Der Sommer Wassertemperatur auf den Ton durchschnittlich 70 bis 75 Grad. Etwas außerhalb des Dorfes Eingang ist eine bequeme Landhandel. Die Einkaufs- und Aufregung der Innenstadt Hyannis ist weniger als eine Meile von unserem Tor, wo Sie auch die Fähren nach Nantucket und Martha Vineyard nehmen.

Wonderful stay

We were very pleased with our stay. The cottage was extra clean, Shirley was a very responsive hostess. The location was perfect for what we were looking to do…a little shopping, a lot of eating and a few walks on the beach.

Perfect Location for Exploring Cape Cod!

Great little village of cottages in super quiet cul-de-sac. Walk to the beach! Spent an extra-long weekend with Mom and Sis in May '23. Explored the Cape from Provincetown to Chatham to Hyannis. Lots of shops and restaurants (The Daily Paper breakfast, yum!) and also took in a play at Barnstable Comedy Club. Commodore Sinclair cottage was super clean with a nice deck out back, perfect for watching ospreys, egrets, herons and more. Property management team onsite (thank you, Shirley, for providing beach chairs). We'll be back!

Very nice but mix up at check in.

We arrived after the ofgice was closed. Our house had no sheets and towels andxwas clearly not ready. Unable to reach managers at the listed phone numbers. They were not expecting us even tho i had my confirmation info. We ginally connected and they got the house ready for us. After that it was lovely. We especially liked the arrangement of the house that allowed for maximum privacy.

perfect vacation

property is as described. very clean, furniture and beds were very comfortable. I usually get backaches from sleeping in other beds and sitting in crappy furniture on vacation but it didn’t happen here. bed was perfect. great deck, perfection location to the beach with a really nice path through nature, close enough to main street. my daughter walked there for breakfast very morning. property has everything you need for cooking, grilling and more. books, games, beach stuff. only one negative and it has nothing to do with the property: the amount of algae on the beach and in the water. I had no idea and i guess i’m just used to the NJ and DE beaches !

Quiet, Close, Great way to experience Cape Cod

Me and My girlfriend and dog had a wonderful stay. We walked to the beach daily, walked to the ferry to Nantucket so we didn’t have to pay for parking. A few nights even walked to downtown Hyannis. This place is fantastic great little cabin in a very peaceful setting where you are close to everything but at night you get to come to a quiet private setting with turkeys and other wildlife loafing about. Was a great place to bring the dog, and was a perfect way to do all things Cape Cod. Will be recommending to family and friends for a place to stay!

The layout was perfect for my sister and I. We each has a bedroom and a bathroom on separate sides of the cottage. The location was a short 5-7 minute drive to everything (beach,restaurants, etc.)

Perfect Location and a Cozy Cottage

Location was the best! A ten minute walk to 2 beaches. We had a view of the bay from our deck! We could spend the day in Hyannis or go out and explore what was around us. The whole cape was within an hour. The property manager gave us a tour, suggested restaurants, and was right there for any needs. We brought our dog and she didn't want to leave. The cottage was cozy and perfect for our family. My father had his bedroom and bathroom on one side of the house and we had ours on the other side. The cottage was very clean and was stocked with anything we needed. I would return to our cottage in a heartbeat. We loved it!

Relaxing getaway for couple with small pup

We were very comfortable here – great location, good weather and so quiet. The cottage had everything we needed and was convenient for our socially distanced visits on the Cape. We enjoyed nice restaurants (takeout or outdoor dining only), hiking and other excursions on or near the Cape. Thanks to Shirley and Bob for their friendly help and advice.

Great location

The cottage is nicely located. There is a path to walk to the beach (beach itself is kind of rocky, wish we had water shoes). Harbor village is super quiet and safe, kids can play outside worry free. Shirley and her husband are very nice property managers :) The house itself is dated but we knew what to expect based on the pictures. The kitchen was definitely smaller than anticipated (wide angle pic) but not a huge issue for us since we didn’t do a lot of cooking. The house is a 5mn walk from the Kennedy compound and a gorgeous neighborhood! We took beautiful walks. The deck is huge, big plus. Our family had a lovely vacation.

Twins 6th bday getaway

My family & I had the best few days staying at Harbor Village. The house was a perfect size for us and its nestled in the perfect location! Relaxing

We only had time to stay for a week but it was a great week. The house was the perfect size for our family. The large deck was our mainstay as we would all have breakfast and dinner together out there. The walk to the beach is quick and simple. Shirley and her husband were very gracious and helpful with local restaurant choices and great stores to purchase fresh fish and lobster. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the location to anyone who just wants some peace and quiet by the ocean.
