Newly built in 2022, this modern, two-story home in Port Aransas is a wonderful retreat for families, beach-goers, and golf enthusiasts alike. Here in Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, you'll have access to two gorgeous outdoor pools that are heated during winter months, the Palmilla Beach Golf Club, and a beach boardwalk just about a block away.
This home enjoys a great location in Palmilla Beach Resort, about a quarter-mile from the 12-hole, links-style golf course originally designed by Arnold Palmer. Downtown Port Aransas - home to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and sources of entertainment - is less than three miles up the coast.
Before heading out to the beach or the golf course each day, spend the morning relaxing with a cup of coffee, a good book, and a seat in an Adirondack chair on the front porch. You'll be greeted back in the afternoon by a cool blast of central AC and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels.
Everything is new and polished in the open, light-filled living space on the ground floor. At its heart is an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove), dramatic light fixtures, and a large island with three-sided bar seating. Gather on the sectional to watch movies after dinner, log onto the free WiFi to send a few emails, or simply retreat upstairs for a good night's sleep. All of the bedrooms - two with TVs and one with built-in bunk beds for the kids - have en suite bathrooms.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
