The community features a superb outdoor pool with a pavilion, seating, and and outdoor fireplace. The community boardwalk & dock provides direct access to Powell Lake should you wish to paddle board or kayak during your stay. You will be in extremely close proximity to a great selection of boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach - Amici, Cuvee 30A, La Crema, Donut Hole, Big Bad Breakfast, Willow Boutique, and many more. The home is also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. This getaway is just a short drive from the picturesque walking trails of Camp Helen State Park and is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
As you enter the home, you'll find a spacious living room with plenty of seating. The open plan first floor flows into the dining area and kitchen with seating for the whole group between the dining table and breakfast bar.
The large kitchen looks out over the back garden, and is stocked with everything you will need to enjoy culinary creations with the whole group.
The first floor master bedroom is complete with a king bed and private en suite. As you go upstairs, you have two queen bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms, a large laundry room, and a twin over full bunk room. There is also a great bonus room that's perfect for teens to enjoy a movie or play a video game. All bedrooms and the bonus room come complete with smart TVs should you wish to sign in to your favorite streaming services.
The home's outdoor spaces include a large first floor front porch with seating, as well as a fenced-in back yard with seating, storage, and grilling on the home's gas grill.

The home comes with two adult bikes, beach gear, towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a private driveway able to accommodate two cars.

Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.
This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.
This home is strictly non-smoking.
Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.
