You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This luxe apartment is located in the heart of the city, minutes away from top rated attractions. This location is walkable. It is also located near public transit. There are many beautiful amenities onsite which include a pool, fitness center, outdoor area w/grills, fire pit, work area, etc. The unit features beautiful big windows with lots of natural lighting & onsite parking.

The space
Welcome To Atlanta! This luxe apartment is located in the heart of the city minutes away from top rated attractions such as: Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena , Centennial Park, Georgia State Arena, CNN building, Atlanta Zoo & Aquarium, and all the city of Atlanta has to offer. It is also located near public transit. All of the shops, fine dining, and entertainment is within a 10 min radius or less. The community is close to I-75 and I-20 for an easy convenience to get anywhere in the city. You’ll love it here for sure.

The space
The unit is sparkling clean with all the essentials for you to have a luxurious stay.

The Kitchen:
Has all the essential appliances if you want to stay in and cook a delicious meal. We have a dedicated coffee and tea bar that is fully stocked with different varieties of Starbucks coffee, teas, & creamers. It consist of a Keurig.

Living Room:
55” Smart TV to watch all your favorite shows. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, YouTube, etc.
You’ll have a comfortable sofa to sit on while you chill and watch TV. It also feature big tall windows for great natural lighting.

Bedroom:
Queen size bed with hotel sheets and comforter. 35” TV.

Bathroom:
Plenty of towels, wash cloths and hand towels to cover your entire stay. Stand up shower. I also try to keep essentials that guests may forget for their first day, like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower/bathroom cleaner, etc. A blow dryer is available as well in bathroom cabinet.

Laundry Room:
The washer and dryer are pretty easy and self explanatory to use. You will also find a broom, mop, iron & ironing board, hangers and an extra set of sheets.

Amenities:
Amenities include: Fitness Center, Pool, outdoor fire pit, clubhouse/entertainment center, lounge area, coffee bar, work area, etc.

Huge Mistake

I see right off that the ad has been updated to reflect there is no hot tub listed, also the sofa bed has been removed to reflect a sofa only- those would have been handy pieces of info to have had. You will take 3 different elevators to get to the hallway of this unit- that is IF you are able to get into the parking garage. The key fob didn't work or the little other round thing either- yes it is being updated but blocked us out so many areas and latch didn't make up for it. The unit has dust all over the fans- the vents-the tv's- the cleaner explained that when we left it was scheduled for a deep clean- why not before I got there? I brought someone in from Canada and that is what I got. There are no tide pods- be prepared to get your own. It had listed that there was a hot tub- and since my friend is allergic to the sun I thought that would be great but there is no hot tub. The entire building smells like weed- there was a shooting in the parking lot diagonally from our window- which by the way- when the window was opened to let some fresh air in- would not close- so all of the sirens at all times of the night were heard- as well as the shooting- as well as all of the other traffic- which could have also been heard with the window closed so that wasn't the issue- but the window never would close. You will actually receive a video on how to get to the condo when you rent this. A video. Please if someone is handicapped and has to walk-this is not for you!

Super cute & great location

Checking in we hit some snags (elevator issues & a lot of walking) but once we were in we had a great stay! Great location (coffee, food, bars walkable). Super cute apartment.

Modern Apartment in Great Location

I was in Atlanta for a week visiting family and working remotely, and this terrific apartment made for a great week. A clean, modern apartment with ample room for one to two people, with in-unit laundry to support longer stays. The location is great - directly across from a grocery store and just a block away from a stretch of fun bars and restaurants, and also easy to get to and from the airport. Communications from the host were very clear, making the whole process smooth throughout.

Great Experience

The building is really confusing to navigate through, but I will not hold that against the property owner! He answered the phone whenever I needed help getting my bearings in the building and everything inside the actual unit was A1. Definitely recommend!

Great Little Condo in Summerhill

This was a perfect location, close to lots of cool spots like Grant Park and several good restaurants and bars. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. Our only complaint was the initial entry into the unit from the garage. It was a challenge, but fortunately the host was available to help, and once we figured it out, it was fine.

Lovely unit and conveniently located

This beautifully well-kept property was a perfect fit for my daughter and I. It was located close to shopping and main attractions in Atlanta. Also easy access to the highway. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The host stayed in communication with us making sure we were comfortable and assured us that she was available if we needed anything. I would chose this property in the future.❤️

Spent 2 days with my Niece

The owner is a very good communicator. There we a few missing things that she brought us immediately. Bed was super comfortable! Very clean!! Brand new Publix grocery opening soon across the street very convenient. A couple of suggestions: leave more than 3 towels. I was excited about the extra coffee and cream perk but it was 2 pods no creamer. Extra sheets and blankets for the sofa would be nice. The building was quite and safe! Would definitely stay again
