This listing includes the entire home with large yard. It is located in far and Scottsdale, approximately 25 minutes North of the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

It is professionally managed and the property manager can easily be reached if needed.

Other things to note:

Any City of Scottsdale noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.

$2000 fine for smoking inside the house.

If you bring a pet without notifying us, there will be a $500 fine.

Strict “no house party” policy. Anyone planning to have a party should book elsewhere.
