Welcome to The Franklin Apartment! We are located right below the Bunganut Pig and a block from the Carter and Lotz houses. Enjoy our quiet cul-de-sac location just a short walk from Downtown Historic Franklin. The Franklin Apartment is located behind our home, it is an unattached apartment separate from our home with a private entrance. Visit: www.TheFranklinApartment.com for more information

The scoop on The Franklin Apartment:
Max Occupancy (4)
King Size bed - Includes linens
Couch - Can be made into a full size bed, would be good for a child, not so great for anyone over 5 foot'ish. Additional bedding available in bathroom linen closet.
Pack and Play available in the bathroom linen closet if needed. Fitted sheet for pack and play also available in bathroom linen closet. Feel free to bring an air-mattress, there would be plenty of room to set that up if needed. There are two computer monitors under the 85" TV, feel free to hook up to them if you need to get some work done!

Kitchen includes : Keurig with pods, Microwave, Refrigerator (no freezer), portable Ice Maker (under kitchen sink), dishes, bowls, cups, cutlery, dishtowels, dish and hand soap and paper towel.

Bathroom includes: Towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper.

If there is something else you need please don't hesitate to ask!

Great Place!!

No notes! The place is extremely clean, well-furnished with comfortable bed and couch, very nice TV, good coffee maker. The place had everything we needed or wanted for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. And, it seemed roomier than we thought it would be based on the pictures. One of the top vacation rentals we’ve stayed at. No reason to hesitate booking this place!

Franklin is so charming and this apartment puts you an awesome location, right in the middle of it! The space is as advertised and impeccably clean. The owners cut no corners - from the decor, to the appliances, and the down bedding - you feel right at home. We will definitely be back!

The perfect stay!

I have been to Franklin a couple of times already and love the town. This time I was staying by myself, but I plan to come back with my wife and possibly my two kids. The property is beautiful and is located in a idyllic neighborhood just a few blocks from downtown Franklin. I went for my first walk just to see the neighborhood and ended up in downtown Franklin by accident (haha)… The apartment itself is so thoughtfully designed and laid out. I can’t think of anything I would have done differently. It felt so cozy and luxurious at the same time. This is an excellent place to just relax, watch a movie, get work done (if you’re on a work trip), or just use as your home base for exploring Franklin, Nashville, and the surrounding area. The host was amazing. Very quick to communicate and even was able to accommodate a request I had before I arrived. I honestly can’t wait to come back to Franklin and already planned to book another stay at the Franklin Apartment!

We were impressed at the beautiful area and the quietness of the neighborhood. We did have 2 issues upon arrival, but the host was quick to respond and assist. We would Gladley stay at this apartment again!
