Welcome to Paradise! Enjoy easy access to the many Costa Rican sights and attractions while luxuriating in Los Sueños Resort’s amenities and comforts. Our 2234 sq ft. air-conditioned condo is spacious and bright with large windows, lush tropical landscaping and a patio overlooking the golf course. The condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, and high speed internet and wifi. The entire resort is extremely safe with 24/7 security.

Nice, reasonably priced 2 bedroom condo in center of the Los Suenos property

Family enjoyed a long weekend at this 2 bedroom condo. Big living space. 2 pools located less than 100m outside the front door. Kitchen has everything needed to cook yourself. Or, it is just a drive away you can also find a couple of good, relatively inexpensive restaurants on beach. It is also very centrally located within the Los Suenos Property so it is a short walk to either the Marriott Hotel, the Beach Club or the Marina.

Simply perfect!

This was a terrific place to stay and we will definitely come again! Very pretty, spacious and clean place with incredible location close to all our excursions and lots of nearby amenities and restaurants. Highly recommend 100%.

Kids 1st time in Costa Rica

This was my first time taking kids with us to CR. The Colina condo was perfect for our family. Very comfortable. Kids loved early mornings on the back patio looking for Macaws to fly over. The pool was very nice and clean. We cooked dinner on the grill and ate at the pool. There was a second pool for adults only. That was nice. The only hickup we had was trying to get in through security upon arrival. They did not have names of our kids listed and they would not let us in until owner sent them their names. Never seen security this tight. Overall had a wonderful family vacation that we will remember for a long time.

Not ready for check-in

Walked in to a garbage bag full of dirty linens in the foyer. No problem, notified host and he was quick to respond. Then discovered only one rag-like towel in each bathroom which appeared to be unclean. After contacting the host again, I was then notified that the washing machine was broken and unusable which was a deal breaker for us. If we would’ve known we would’ve booked another place as we travel light and had lots of outdoor excursions planned. Upon checking the beds to get ready to sleep, I noticed a thin cover sheet was used for fitted sheet and dirty mattress was exposed. Sheet didn’t seem clean at all. Needless to say we didn’t sleep much that night. Kitchen seemed unclean, coffee maker still had coffee grounds in it. Long story short, we were in close contact with Brad and he was very apologetic about the rental not being ready. We ended up driving down to the Stay office in Los Suenos and they were able to get us in another place and it all worked out. Highly recommend booking with Stay!!! Our new place was immaculate and so beautiful, our whole family rejoiced and we were happy! What started out as a really bad experience for the first 24hrs turned into a great family vacation.

The living room, kitchen and dining room are all side-by-side in one large great room. The living room has a large flat screen tv and opens on to a shaded patio with table and chairs and a grassy area that overlooks the golf course. The primary bedroom has a king bed, tv and a connected bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub and shower. The room’s sliding glass doors open onto a covered patio with a lounge chair. The second room has two full beds, a tv, and a bathroom next door with a large shower. There is a washer and dryer next to the kitchen, and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, cookware and appliances including a dishwasher. There is dedicated, covered parking for one car.

Guests can use the entire condo, and all of the amenities at Los Sueños Resort, including the Beach Club which gives access to Playa Herradura beach as well as an outdoor lounge/bar, outdoor restaurant and large pool with a swim up bar. Within Los Sueños resort, there is also the Marina Village with shops and three additional restaurants. All four of Los Sueños’ restaurants can deliver meals to the condo if you prefer to dine in. Jimmy T’s Deli and gourmet minimarket can also deliver meals and groceries to the condo. Charter a yacht at the marina for sportfishing (renowned in this location) or engage in pleasure boating, take sailing lessons, etc. Within the Marina, you can also sign up for a myriad of excursions, watersports, sightseeing, nature tours, etc. through the Stay in Costa Rica office. In addition to the beach club pool, there are two condo pools with barbecues (a family pool and an adults only pool) as well as a fitness room right next to the condo. Finally, the Marriott hotel is also within the Los Sueños resort featuring even more restaurants to choose from, as well as a spa and golf course. The spa offers massages, facials and yoga and you can also arrange in-home massages or treatments. The 18-hole La Iguana golf course is surrounded by a lush, tropical rainforest and ocean views.
