The Clubhouse has got a giant heated resort pool, an outdoor jacuzzi hot tub, a cyber cafe for all your Wi-Fi needs, a lounge for when you’re feeling social, a fitness center to sweat out that last buffet indulgence, and activities galore – sand volleyball, basketball, a kids' playground, movie theater, and so much more.

Sounds good, right? Well it gets even better! The 10-bedroom home you'll be staying in can host up to 20 guests at a time. If that's not enough space we're jealous you have so many friends! The ground level of the home features three spacious bedrooms; the first has a King sized bed and sparkling ensuite bathroom. The second, has af full sized bed, and also has an ensuite bathroom. The third has a full sized bed. The remaining bedrooms are all located on the second level of the home. Upstairs you'll find another King bedroom with ensuite, two Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and three more Queen bedrooms without. There is also a bedroom with two twin beds upstairs. We've got smart TVs in every bedroom - with high speed internet access of course, so you can stay connected throughout your entire vacation.

You'll also find a second TV lounge space up on the second level of the home. It comes with a big screen tv, and plenty of comfy plush seating. There's also a dedicated workstation in this space.

Now, let's talk about the kitchen. It's an absolute masterpiece! You'll find top-of-the-line appliances, a spacious island countertop, and fully stocked cabinetry. Whether you're a culinary genius or a fan of takeout, we've got you covered. It features not only one, but TWO full sized fridge/freezer combo units, and TWO large capacity dishwashers to handle the clean up! Plus, you can add BBQ to your menu since you've got your own grill out on the patio.

Speaking of the patio, it's gorgeous! The screened-in back patio features a beautiful private swimming pool and spill-over jacuzzi hot tub. You'll love soaking up the Florida sunshine and then cooling off with a dip in the pool! Or maybe a game of pool is more your speed? The garage has been converted into a billiards room, complete with comfy spectator chairs. Even though the garage is no longer for cars, there's still plenty of free on site parking on the driveway - we've got you covered!

Guest Access:
Parking:
• You can park in the driveway, up to 4 vehicles. Guests can also park at the clubhouse, where overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.

Property Access:
• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

Resort Access:
• You’re provided with complimentary access to Bella Vida Resort
• Clubhouse is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, year-round

The Neighborhood:
Located at the Bella Vida Resort, just 5 miles form Walt Disney World, off US192 in Kissimmee. Theme parks and water parks are a short drive away, and you’ll be close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping.

Guests enjoy access to the resort facilities, including, a large community pool and sundeck, plenty of sports courts, a clubhouse, and over 15 acres of breathtaking lakes. It’s a great resort for families, there is a playground and shallow entry pool for younger children. Kids will enjoy spending time at the basketball and volleyball courts. You will also find a gym, table tennis, and foosball at the clubhouse.

Area attractions include all 4 Disney theme parks (Walt Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom) plus both Disney water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, the all-new Volcano Bay water park at Universal, CityWalk, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove.
