The property has 2 units- upper and lower.
You can also book both units together which then would sleep 8 guest.
This listing is for the UPPER UNIT which a private balcony and a small view of the bay and the islands beyond. It's a great place to enjoy coffee on the i the morning or to listen to the waves at night. The second bedroom is accessed through the first bedroom or bathroom. This was a common beach house design from the 1940's era. This unit sleep 4 adults but most comfortable with 2 adults and 2 children. This unit is 780 square feet.
The guest has access to the patio, patio table, BBQ and sectional .
Other things to note- 2 night minimum only.. No parties or events allowed.
There are plenty of shops, restaurants and rental for bikes and water sports within walking distance.
