This beautiful 1 bed, 1 bunk room, sleeper sofa, 2 bath condo features 9 ft ceilings and a large balcony for relaxing after a long day at the beach! Step out onto your balcony in the morning to see and hear the soothing waves of the Gulf! Guests will find themselves relaxing not only on the balcony but indoors with soft neutral tones and pops of coastal blues throughout. An open concept allows bonds to grow no matter if you are cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, eating at the dining table or bar, or enjoying a movie on the flat screen TV. Unwind in the bedroom on the king bed with en suite. Additional sleeping areas include a twin over twin bunk in a nook and a sleeper sofa in the living room sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. Shores of Panama is an incredible destination, with North Florida's largest lagoon pool and pool deck, beachside hot tub, indoor pool and hot tub, and poolside grill and bar! Pardon the inconvenience, but the Shores of Panama building is currently undergoing improvements to enhance your experience, with work anticipated to continue until March 2025. During this time, you may experience some noise or minor disruptions. Please note that construction will pause from March 2025 through September 2025 and will resume in September 2025. You can't forget to have a refreshing cocktail with our new enhanced beverage (alcohol) experience with top-shelf liquors. A true all-in-one resort-style experience.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

**Important note: Parking passes and wristbands will be in your unit upon arrival. The number of wristbands and parking passes left in your unit are unit specific. No additional parking passes or wristbands are permitted. This unit will have (1 Parking pass and 6 wristbands.) Parking passes will need to be displayed in your vehicle and wrist bands worn at all times throughout the property. **

Shores of Panama offers a wide variety of thrilling resort amenities for people of all ages to enjoy, including the largest lagoon pool and pool deck in North Florida, an indoor heated pool, and multiple hot tubs. Grab a cool beverage at one of the two tiki bars and lounge on the sundeck all afternoon. The onsite fitness facility is fully stocked with cardio and weight equipment, perfect for staying slim and trim during your beach vacation. Guests are able to reserve a beach bonfire through Light Me Up Beach Bonfires for an additional fee. Make Shores of Panama your next beach vacation!

Cruiser Bikes are now available for day rentals!
You will see their kiosk set up in the portico on the West side.
Day Rentals are $20 for 3 hours or $30 for the day to return by 6 pm. Day Rentals will ensure more guests have access to bicycles and enhance safety with no riding at night. All bikes have a comfy seat, and most have a basket or cup holder. A helmet and lock are included with each rental. Follow These Rental Instructions: Visit the kiosk, scan the QR Code, input your information, pay, get a bike lock code on your phone, grab a helmet, walk your bike out of the parking garage, and ride safely, when finished: walk your bike into the parking garage, scan a different QR Code to return your bike, and park it so it can be readied for the next rider.
