We found bags of trash under the master bed, as well as loose trash in the first master dresser and under the second master bed. We had fewer towels than we were supposed to, 6 towels for 7 people, and contact with the property manager resulted in no changes. We ended up buying additional towels, and may have left a few there, so maybe the next guest will benefit. The smoke detector started beeping the last two nights. We messaged the property manager, who again responded to messages without any actual result. There was a comforter in the second master bedroom, inside a basket. It was covered in debris, which went everywhere when we picked it up. Towels and linens were mostly stained with unpleasant colors. The surfaces, fans, doors, cabinets, and dressers were dust covered. The check in process is a bit chaotic. We witnessed two incidents in the parking garage, due to limited space to operate. The elevators are slow and packed. It took us an hour to make two trips to our room to unload. Elevators often are down, and there seems to be only 4 in the entire facility, a 23 story facility. The facility as a whole is a lovely place, with great amenities, and an amazing ocean view/access. Most of the issues are isolated to the specific rental property, and the communication with the property manager.
