Amazing Views and Perfect for a Family of Four

Our family of four, which includes two older teens, greatly enjoyed this condo. The views from the living room and lanai are pretty stunning. There were days when we didn't want to go anywhere and stayed lounging and soaking in the beautiful views. One night we stayed up to watch the Perseid Meter Showers. The condo accommodates a family of four perfectly. My wife and I enjoyed the master suite, while the kids enjoyed the other bedroom with two twin beds. It was really convenient having a washer and dryer. The dining room and family room were spacious enough for us to just hang out and not feel that we were getting in each other's way. The kitchen had all the utensils, cookware, cups and dishes needed. There is a KTA Superstore up the hill where we purchased groceries. Although the unit is not air conditioned, we found that we didn't need it even in August. We opened the doors and windows in the morning, closed them in the afternoon, and re-opened them in the late afternoon. The breeze from the ocean was more than adequate.The unit is also well stocked with gear. We used the beach towels, snorkeling gear, and ice coolers when we went to the nearby Kahalu'u Beach Park. It is an epic place to swim among turtles. My daughter and I hung out half an hour with two turtles. We also used the pickle ball gear to play pickle ball in the tennis court. Finally, Knutson & Associates was great to work with. We received a warm welcome from them on arrival, and anytime, we needed anything, they were there. The next time, we return to the Big Island, we'll definitely use them again.
