Come make some amazing memories at this unique and family-friendly condo. The ocean views are sure to blow you away as soon as you walk in the door! Our condo is the corner unit in the heart of IB and is right across the street from the beach and walking distance to all the fun places in town!
You will be sure to find something fun to do while visiting IB and our home is the perfect place to put you in the heart of it all!
The Space:
3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom home with OCEAN VIEWS, 3 private balconies, WIFI, grill, and a well stocked kitchen!
We have a fully stocked kitchen, garage, washer / dryer, Wifi, Netflix, a balcony right off the living room area with some seating, a BBQ, and Ocean Views. The bedrooms are comprised of a queen bed with an attached private balcony, the master room with a queen bed and attached private balcony w/ a bistro set and ocean views, and also a loft room (connected via stairs from the master bedroom) with 2 single beds which also looks out to the ocean! The loft is a fun place to hang out during the day, work remotely, and to sit and chat.
Imperial Beach is located in San Diego's South Bay region, and the southernmost beach town in California. The Imperial Beach pier provides sweeping views of the Los Coronados Islands and is a popular spot for strolling, pier fishing and watching the sunset. Imperial Beach is connected to Coronado by way of the Silver Strand, a narrow, 7 mile long isthmus, popular for camping, bird watching and bicycling.
Imperial Beach is also home to the Tijuana River National Estuary, a place where the fresh water of the Tijuana River mixes with the salt water of the Pacific Ocean creating the largest salt water marsh in Southern California. The estuary is one of the top birding spots in San Diego with many endangered birds and wildlife on display. Close by you’ll also find the Living Coast Discovery Center, a family and budget friendly aquarium experience.
There’s a host of annual events to entertain including free fish derbies, triathlons and the annual Sun & Sea Festival featuring elaborate, awe-inspiring works of (temporary!) sandcastle art.

Bedroom 3 - Welcome to the loft! This room is not fully walled off and is accessed from the master bedroom (bedroom 1). It has 2 twin day beds in it and is perfect for hanging out, watching the sunset through the high window, and of course getting a good night's sleep.

Guests have access to the entire house and backyard are, just not the locked closet in the hallway.

Getting Around:
Imperial Beach is very walk-able!
However a car is the best way to get around San Diego if you'll be exploring places outside of Imperial Beach.
Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

No pets allowed here.
Pls note that the only way into the unit involves stairs - either from the garage or from the outside entrance.
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
IB doesn't allow people in the water right now, so you'll have to stay on the sand or just take a quick trip 10 minutes north to the beautiful Coronado beach (top rated beach in the nation).
