What a mess
The first problem was there was no communication from Vrbo or host about check-in. When I messaged host thru Vrbo he didn't respond. So I called and him. He said that the check-in info was sent and argued with me. He then said he would send it. I waited 10 mins. And called him back he said he would get it in a minute, again I waited. This all started at 6:30pm. Finally got codes for doors at 7:15. We arrived property at at 7:45 and tried the codes. Nothing worked, the batteries were dead for the front door and the only way to get to the back door is to jump a fence. The garage door code didn't work either. Host finally opened garage door remotely. Took 1/2 hour to get in. The next morning we had to leave 1 person at house because we couldn't lock the door. And the neighborhood isn't the greatest. No parking!!!!! There was empty food containers and water bottles under beds. Only 4 bath towels had to do laundry and there was wet clothes in dryer. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. No hand towels, or hand soap. The trouble with main TV. Someone finally showed up around 12 to put batteries in the locks and looked at the TV and couldn't fix. I have sent the host a message asking him to make things right and haven't heard a word. It's been 24 hours.
