Gemütlich eingerichtetes Studio in-law Einheit zwei Blocks von Downtown Mill Valley - eine schöne Stadt, nur 15 Fahrminuten nördlich von San Francisco über die Golden Gate Bridge. Restaurants, Mill Valley Außen Art Club, Cafés, Shopping, Weg führt, Kino, Comedy-Club / Live-Theater zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sie können die Lage nicht zu schlagen. Dies ist ein Raumgerät mit Parkettboden, 1 Queen-Size-Bett, 1 Queen-Size-Futon-Bett, Kochnische mit Mini-Kühlschrank, Spüle, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kabel-TV mit HBO, Tisch für 2 und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Studio ist ein Erdgeschoss-Einheit in einem 3-Einheit Gebäude mit einem separaten Eingang. WLAN und Parkplätze zur Verfügung gestellt. Packung und spielen ,, und Luftmatratze auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Es ist perfekt für den Besuch Eltern ihren Kindern / Enkeln in der Umgebung, oder für Hochzeitsgäste die Teilnahme an der Outdoor-Kunst-Verein. Und mit schöner Bettwäsche, flauschige Handtücher, es ist viel mehr einladend und heimelig als ein Hotelzimmer.

Einfache Fahrt Zugang zu San Francisco Sightseeing, und schönen Marin Landschaft und Tierwelt. 15 Minuten bis zum Muir Woods National Monument des alten Wachstums Redwood-Wald, und den schönen Muir Beach. 5 Autominuten zum Golden Gate National Recreation Area Wanderwege, darunter Tennessee Valley Road Trail, wo eine einfache 1 3/4 Meile Wanderung führt Sie zum Strand. 8 bis 10 Autominuten von der Innenstadt von Sausalito - erkunden Sie Geschäfte in bezaubernden Innenstadt Mill Valley, oder zu Fuß durch die Bucht auf der Sausalito Yachthafen. Es gibt Fähren nach SF derzeit keine Karte von Sausalito und Larkspur.

Eine 45-minütige Fahrt bringt Sie zum Weinland in Sonoma und Napa, oder an der Point Reyes National Seashore.

Die Einheit im Erdgeschoss (keine Treppen) einer 2-stöckige, 3 Einheit Gebäude. Es gibt eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern, die im Obergeschoss wohnen. Erwarten Sie also Geräusche, wenn sie zu Hause sind. Wenn Sie ein ruhiges kleines bis mittelgroßes, gutmütiges, kinder- / hundefreundliches Haustier haben, würden wir in Betracht ziehen, es gegen eine zusätzliche Kaution und eine Reinigungsgebühr von 50 USD zu vermieten.

Mill Valley weekender

Great spot to access the very lovely town of Mill Valley and its surrounds. It was a little hard to locate the entrance, but eventually discovered it. Especially loved the little kitchenette area in the unit. Shower is super small, sunlight is a bit blocked by the fence and bushes outside the window, but it really worked for the long weekend we were there and using it as a base camp for our activities. Everything was very clean, bed and bedding comfortable. Owner was responsive when we informed her about noise from the apartment upstairs when we first arrived -- didn't hear anything much the rest of the time. Definitely would stay there again.

Lovely, quiet stay in an adorable neighborhood

My husband and I loved our stay here. The location was a perfect spot for us to easily hike the Muir Woods National Park, explore San Francisco, and also pop up to some wineries. We also enjoyed the ability to walk to restaurants and shops. Would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone traveling to the area! Thanks for the lovely stay.

Verbesserungswürdig: Lage

Clean, comfy bed, close to sweetwater music hall, great price for the area

This property was close to sweetwater music hall which we were attending for 3 nights at the end of the new year. Very clean and excellent bed. Kitchenette was nice. I would recommend adding some walkway lighting along pathway to property frontdoor. It was kind of difficult to navigate at night time. Parking was a downside also. We didnt have too much of a problem but we had to move our vehicle multiple times which in the rain was a downer. There is public parking listed in the check in guide which was helpful but is a 5 minute brisk walk from the property. Another downside is this property has tenants that reside above or next to this space which you can hear through the walls. Luckily they were kind of on our schedule and stayed up late and didnt make noise until late morning/early afternoon. We enjoyed our stay, however, I do not forsee us visiting mill valley again, but if we were to ever return to the area we would consider booking this property again. Clean and convenient but quirky

Comfy bed and pillows and close to all amenities. Some minor inconveniences were that the light switch for the room was halfway inside the room which was dark when I arrived so it was hard to find. Couldn’t find coffee although there was a coffee maker. Plug for kitchen sink didn’t seal basin. Otherwise a nice rental. Didn’t communicate with property manager although this form forced me to fill it in.

Convenient and spacious

I stayed here 4 nights. The room was, as advertised, two blocks from downtown Mill Valley. In other words, super well located. It's a no-frills apartment but spacious with lots of closet and drawer space and an extremely comfortable firm bed. Microwave and refrigerator worked perfectly for my needs. Also I should add that communication with the property manager was very quick, clear and helpful.

It was ok and a fair price for the area

It was a great neighborhood. Sort of a stripped down rental. -0- info on the area. We received the code many days early and upon arrival found the code on the entry lock and on the printed information inside the rental. How long has this code been used? All was clean but not inviting. Tv did not work. No instructions. Long term renters which we did not realize above. No parking at the unit.

Mill Valley Studio

This studio was in a very convenient location in a very nice part of Mill Valley. It is just a short walk to many places to eat and shop. It is also a very short walk to the lovely Old Mill Park. It is a 10 to 15 minute drive to Sausalito. The studio is basically a bedroom and bathroom. There is an alcove with a few dishes, small frig and microwave. Not really set up for cooking but worked for our needs. I was glad that we found economical place in a nice location.

Mill Valley stay

Place was adequate for what we needed, We didn't use kitchen but it didn't look like any real cooking could be done. Bed was comfortable. Shower was adequate. Bathroom small. Overall, good place to stay in Mill Valley if just need to sleep, shower & watch TV at end of day. Across from Lumber Mill which is great place to shop and eat and only about three blocks walk to town square which is really nice and lots of restaurants and shops. Close to Muir Woods and many other places to see and things to do.

Amazing Location in Mill Valley

The location couldn't be better---across from restaurants and shops at Old Mill Lumberyard and a quick walk to MV downtown. The studio is not fancy, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Lynn's assistant Brenda was very responsive and helpful when I contacted her with questions. I would stay here again on my next visit to Mill Valley.

We got married in Mill Valley, adopted our dog in Mill Valley, and are now back living here with 2 kids. I do marketing consulting for natural food and beverage companies and love to play tennis and hike. My husband is a software engineer who loves kite surfing and playing the drums. We have two boys who love to swim, and ride around with us on our bikes.
