Leaky Loft

This could have been a nice stay with just a few changes. Only comfortable furniture was the beds. Couch in living area was very shaky with a 110 lb person on it. There was a shortage of stands to put luggage or belongings on. Property host was terrible. When we arrived our door code didn’t work. Couldn’t reach property manager for 40 minutes. He apologized because he was having a massage. He knew guests were checking in! We had to bother next door resident and figured out their phone number opened our door. Like an escape room only to get in. Then our door code was changed 2 more times without being informed. To top it all off, the last night there was a big rain storm, which happens in OKC. We got up to have to jump puddles where water ran down the walls and under the doors. I was told I would receive an adjustment for our inconvenience, 14 days later and still no credit. Such a shame because location was close to the fairgrounds and personal garage were good features. This building is only a couple years old. I think a change in property manager would be a huge help.

Minimalism on steroids

Our first thought “was it finished”. It had a very well equipped kitchen, but that was it. There was no place to hang clothes, one hanger, no chest of drawers, 3 tiny bedside tables, no place in the bathroom to hang a robe or put your soap if you were in the tub, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels & 2 wash clothes per person - no extras. Absolutely no window coverings. It was difficult to get the place warm. The concrete floors didn’t help. The one sofa was broken. Water leaked out from under the shower wall in the second bedroom. You could hear each other in the bedrooms as well as other guests. My guest gave it 2 stars. I tried to be nice and gave it 3. We nicknamed it the Soviet bonb shelter. tub. 2 bath towels

Clean, modern, and new property in great location

The property is new, very clean, and quiet; The pictures are accurate with great views of the city, within walking distance to restaurants and the Art Museum. The property owner let us in early and communicated quickly with us on all our questions. The covered parking in the garage was great--not many properties have that feature. The apartment is sleek and the beds are comfortable, but bring the small comforts you may need like a reading lamp by the beds, hangers, and tea.

Very nice modern loft style condo

We had a 2 bedroom condo, which included a garage. It is very modern in style - the walls and floors are all concrete. It was very clean and seemed quite new. THe overall ambience was very good. What I had not understood is how many very good restaurants there are, many within walking distance. It also has easy freeway access (if you are going to the WCWS for example).

Easy walk to Paycom

We came in for a concert over at PAYCOM arena and this property was such an easy, short walk to and from the venue. Very clean. Great communication from the host.

Fabulous Panoramic View!!

Nothing shy of fantastic! The garage space was so EXTRA! All the rooms & closets are spacious & beautiful. This is a minimalist condo thats FOR SALE! I hope someone scoops it up. The Jones Assembly & Mary Eddie's are just a short walk. I would recommend getting groceries or wine before you come. Not much near. A full length mirror would have been nice. The tub was amazing & beds super comfy. We didn't leave this place because we just sat inside with the lights off taking in the downtown views!! Highly recommend!! Not sure if the rooftop was available to visitors. It was too cold for me so didn't matter but might inquire about. Thank you for opening this spectacular property to VRBO! KB
