Set in Columbia Falls, MT - known as the Gateway to Glacier - sits this 1980’s updated 2 bed/1.5 bath townhome. Whether spending the day skiing or mountain biking at Whitefish Mountain Resort (28 mins) or exploring the beauty of Glacier National Park (25 min), this centrally located townhome is the perfect place to unwind. Great for couples, small groups, or families, this place is nicely furnished and is a few minutes drive to local shops, restaurants, breweries, and a Golf Digest-rated course.

This space has been been updated and is decorated in a mountain modern design and furnished with all new items bringing a cozy Montana feel. It is a comfortable yet affordable option for your perfect Montana vacation. All townhomes in this property are short-term rentals, should you have a larger group and desire the option for multiple units all next to each other. This is a feature not available with many other properties in the valley!

LOCATION

This convenient location is only 15 minutes to Whitefish, 25 minutes to Glacier National Park, 25 minutes to Kalispell, and 30 minutes to Bigfork. It is located directly behind Super 1 Foods so you can quickly stop and grab groceries if you need. There are a number of dining options within a 5 minute drive including, Backslope Brewery, The Back Room, and Tiens Oriental Dining (great for takeout). You are only a 6 minute drive away from downtown Columbia Falls which has many more dining and shopping options. Some of the local favorites being Gunsight Saloon, Rose Petal Flower and Gift Shop, and Montana Coffee Traders.

This townhome is one of 4 units in a 4-Plex on a street of mostly other 4-Plexes. This is in a quiet residential neighborhood close to a playground.and is only a few minutes drive from the downtown Columbia Falls area.

NEAR BY ACTIVITIES

The number one attraction for this area is Glacier National Park, but if you find yourself looking for other things to do in the area here are our recommendations. Whitefish Mountain Resort has different seasonal activities from skiing to mountain biking to the alpine slide. You can book a white water rafting excursion through Glacier Raft Company. Another option is to visit the zip lines at the House of Mystery. Head up to the North Fork and find many hiking and biking activities along with visiting the Polebridge Mercantile. Although the time of year can determine what is available, we can promise you'll be able to find something to fit your adventuring needs!

This space's max capacity is 4 guests with the exception of an infant or toddler capable of using a portable crib. We do not allow parties at this rental. We have many amenities to cater to families traveling with small children. The furnishings in this house are all new so please help us to keep them in nice condition. Please respect this space and the neighbors around you. Please only park in the Unit 4 parking areas.

As a guest, you will have access to the parking spot directly in front of the unit. You will have access to the whole space within the rental unit along with the back outdoor space directly behind the unit.

Great Stay

This property is conveniently located near the airport and Glacier Park, as well as a few blocks from a grocery store and coffee spots. The property was well stocked and very clean. We are extremely happy with our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A lovely place to stay near Glacier

Kade & Paige were more than helpful during our stay. From where to eat, to telling us everything we needed to know about the property it went nice and smoothly. It was very clean, they provided us towels and had hygiene products for us to use. Another perk, it’s only 25 minutes away from the West Entrance of Glacier National Park. The hiking was gorgeous! Overall a very nice experience.

Affordable Condo Review

We had a nice stay in Columbia Falls. We were able to explore all surrounding areas from the condo. We were only 15-30 min from glacier, Kalispell, and whitefish. The condo had everything we needed.

What we needed

Nice location about a half hour from the west entrance and less than a mile from a grocery store so we did some cooking at the house. Didn’t spend a lot of time there but was a nice kitchen and having two bathrooms was a plus for our three boys. Very responsive property manager for a couple minor issues he resolved.

Pretty good place to stay

We were there mid June with our family of 6, stayed for 3 nights. The condo was well stocked with pretty much anything we needed (kitchen supplies, toiletries, laundry soap, etc.). There was even a can of bear spray, which was a nice touch-carried it into Glacier on our hike. There were super thoughtful gifts of tea and candies upon arrival! Lots of linens, blankets, towels. The owners were incredibly responsive to a very minor issue we had. The property is in a residential area with a grocery store nearby. The other condos on the street are a little run down, but this one has been updated somewhat. I will say, there is no AC on the second floor, just a heads up for anyone traveling in warmer temps. It was REALLY hot up there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and it was a pretty good place for the price. Thanks for hosting us!

The kitchen was very well equipped. After a temperature issue, the host installed air conditioning in the living room the next day. Property is well located in Columbia Falls between Kalispell, Whitefish and Glacier Park entrance. Will hope to stay here on future visits.

I enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was perfect for me for work as I was working just a few miles northeast. This location is directly behind a grocery store with everything you may need. Close access to Glacier National Park for summer activities and not too far from Whitefish for winter skiing activities. This place is on my list if I'm returning for work or if I come back to vacation for my own pleasure. Clean and comfortable!

Very comfortable beds

It was a very pleasant nights sleep. The property seems to be in the middle of some upgrades but I feel like the price reflects that. Things were in working order but just a bit dated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
