The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area with hardwood floors, bright natural light, and surrounding custom touches. A counter-height bar with seating for two offers separation from the kitchen and living room. An adjacent dining table seats six, for a total of 8 indoor dining seats. The kitchen features stainless appliances, a glass cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a custom island. The kitchen and living room windows open to a nice view of downtown Blowing Rock. On the right side of the condo, in the rear corner, is a cozy den with a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen sleeper and a TV. From here, you can access the rear balcony with outdoor dining. The balcony sits above the backyard, tucked away and level and surrounded by woods on the rear and the side. Guests are welcome to use this yard space.

Although a single-level condo, it is on the upper level of the building with a business below. The front door is up the stairway in front of the parking spaces and down the hallway. Even though it is located on Main Street in the downtown business district, this is a relatively quiet block. The unit has separation from the two restaurants on either side and is set back off of the road a little bit, on the outside of a definitive curve, at one end of the main strip.
