Cozy Lake Log Cabin with Breathtaking Views - with pool table and darts

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil log cabin getaway. This log cabin was built in the early 1900's. You won't be disappointed in this updated beautiful lakeside cabin.

Our Lake Erie cozy cabin has amazing jaw dropping sunrises that you can enjoy right from the comfort of the king size bed or sitting directly out near the water while listening to the waves roll in.

We've updated the cabin in many ways at the same time keeping the rustic retro feel.

Our cabin has a warm cozy feel but also a fun filled vibe. Bring your poles and fish, walk down to the beach or stay in to shoot a game of pool or play some darts or a friendly game of checkers, or have a cozy fire.

We have an indoor gas fireplace in the living room and also an electric fireplace on the porch overlooking the lake.

Our cabin is a great place for a romantic getaway, a family trip or a small get together.

Upon requesting to stay please include where you are coming in from and the purpose of your trip.

We are about 5 minutes off of 75. We are 20 minutes to Toledo and 40 minutes to Detroit.

We are close to restaurants and bars. Walking distance to private Avalon Beach which is small and peaceful.

Great place for fishing, relaxing, watching the sunrise, whether it's a couples get away or a small family vacation we know you won't be disappointed.

Great little get away

Great place for a couple get away. The place was clean and inviting. Had everything we needed including a Keurig coffee maker and a gas grill. Only complaint was the A/C could not keep up with the 90 degree weather during the day. The extra fans helped some.

This cabin was everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful, convenient & oh so serene! Celebrated my birthday with my huband & friends. The husbands of our group are disabled veterans & they loved the cabin, views, & peacefulness of the area. Great place to stay!

Girls weekend

The cabin was very clean and definitely cozy. The back room facing the lake had the perfect table to craft at. The kitchen had all the utensils you would need and there were plenty of towels and bath supplies available. Great place!!!

Celebrating Moms Birthday

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The view of Lake Erie was wonderful. It's in a friendly quiet neighborhood. There is a coffee shop within walking distance. This is an awesome place to relax and enjoy the lake.

Amazing and Relaxing Stay

Although we only stayed for 2-days it was both amazing and relaxing. My daughter said it was the best house. The combination of unique décor, fun activities, and location made it a success for our entire family. We were close enough to Detroit to enjoy a red wings game, but far enough away to relax with some morning coffee. Everything was clean, and we really appreciated the extra touches and items provided. The owners were also super tolerant of my inability to read their instructions. Thank you!!!

Perfect winter weekend getaway

What a great spot for a family bonding weekend! We digitally detoxed, enjoyed the amenities of the cabin, fully utilized the kitchen for great meals, had lots of space to stretch out and relax, loved the comfy beds, and found convenience in the proximity of the lake for cold dips! Wonderful little cabin!

Even though it was the coldest weekend of the season, we very much enjoyed our stay. The water views were amazing and the cabin was perfect for our girls weekend. We will definitely reserve this place again.

A true Michigan cabin feeling

Cozy cabin is exactly how this beautiful home is setup. The gas fire place and the canoe light fixture! We fell in love with the place in the mornings. The veiw of the lake, hearing the waves. We didn't let ourselves sleep in because we wanted to see the sunrise each day! We will b back again. Highly recommend for truly relaxing. 3 days was not enough. Close to everything but far away to forget about your worries!

Cozy cabin is perfect

This is a perfect cabin for our weekend getaway. The scenic view of sunrise is perfect. Hosts provided a bottle of wine for our stay, rules were laid back, and kitchen had everything you need.

Just a little TLC needed.

Positives: View of Lake, new bed linens and towels. Negatives: Arrived late in evening. Had a few issues. First when arriving found that the fireplace and Wi-Fi were not working ..notified property owners, and they immediately came and corrected both ..much appreciated. Shower is extremely small. Owners probably should post a picture of that so that potential renters are aware. Cleaning company needs to do a much better job..Found an open bag of potato chips on the floor next to the master bed. The biggest problem that we found were a large amount of spiderwebs throughout the house, actually killed several live spiders. I get it the house is on Lake Erie and it’s at 1900s house but someone needs to clean the cobwebs. Could not open many of the windows and shades because they have plastic on them and the plastic is full of dead bugs. I also would recommend getting the dartboard fixed, was looking forward to that, but all of the darts are broken. Ended up checking out two days early and going to a Hotel. This would be a great place to stay just needs a little more TLC.
