Brand new Custom Built Home-close to Big Bear Village!

The home features a large open floor plan layout with vaulted ceilings and ample seating for you and your guests around the gas fireplace and gourmet kitchen. Each room has its own smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and AppleTV. When connected to the Wi-Fi network you can cast your favorite content directly from your smart device to any TV. In the garage we provide an EV charging outlet and a 40-amp Tesla mobile connector.

Main-Level:

The main-level opens to a large great-room with vaulted ceilings that extends to the gourmet kitchen. Relax and unwind in front of the fireplace or entertain and cook in a fully stocked chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The first floor features 2 spacious Master Bedrooms with California king size beds.

1st Floor:

The 1st floor includes two additional bedrooms. The 1st Guest Bedroom sleeps three comfortably with two full-size beds and an additional twin-size trundle pull-out. The 2nd Guest Bedroom has two queen beds.

Location:

Located within walking distance to The Village (10 min), Alpine Slide (3 min) and the best sledding hill in Big Bear - Apen Glen (5 min). Snow Summit is 2.8 miles (7 minute drive) and Big Bear Mountain is 3.1 miles (9 minute drive).

In regard to service animals: We are aware of the value of service animals as well as the Airbnb service animal policy. However, this property is my family’s primary living space when not hosting guests, and members of the family suffer from severe pet allergies.

No unregistered guests allowed. Any extra guest will result in a charge of 200.00 per night per person
Please respect the noise curfew. No loud music or noise after 10:00pm.
Heater should be set to 55 degrees and do not leave gas fireplace on when you leave.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.

Please take the trash out before you leave. Trash must be taken to dump on departure at the Big Bear Disposal 41970 Garstin Dr. any trash bags left will be a charge of 100.00

Please make sure the number of guests staying at the cabin match the number of guests you have put on your reservation. If you need to adjust the number, please reach out prior to your stay. PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid, we will not approve of any additional guests or friends at the house during the stay. Bringing guests to the house that are not on the reservation will result in cancellation. We want to do our part to keep to the limit the amount of people for the safety of our guests as well as our cleaning staff. Than you so much for helping us keep Big Bear safe!
