The updated kitchen boasts crisp white cabinetry, a light aqua subway tile backsplash, French door refrigerator for easy storage, and an island that’s perfect for prepping or serving casual meals. The nearby dining table has a unique antiqued patina and easily seats 6 in a mixture of chair & bench seating. Additional seating at the island is great for early risers and quick snacks.
Speaking of early risers...3 private bedrooms ensure that everyone can rise at their preferred time without disturbing the rest of their friends or family. The primary suite features an elevated king bed, TV, and en suite full bath with a walk-in shower. Just down the hall you’ll find the queen bedroom with a raised bed, and the bunk room with 2 twin bunks - perfect for kids or teens! The nearby hall bath features a tub & shower and plenty of counter space for toiletries.
Guests can gather on the deck for morning coffee and a view of sunrise over the Gulf or spend an afternoon lounging in the warm sunshine. Ready for a little more activity? PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
SUBDIVISION AMENITIES
Sea Isle Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) - purchase a pass at the pool during normal business hours.
Sea Isle Fishing Pier - request a pier key (refundable deposit required) at the SNS Rental Office.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
