Step into our exquisite 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium nestled along the serene waterfront of Port Isabel, Texas. Experience the allure of this tranquil coastal town from the comfort of our luxurious retreat, complete with a pool. With a harmonious fusion of elegant comfort and awe-inspiring views, this waterfront haven is the perfect haven for families, friends, and couples in search of an unforgettable and revitalizing getaway.

HOUSE RULES
Please make sure that you go through the house rules prior to booking.

THERMOSTAT & TEMPATURE: This home has a brand new energy efficient outside unit and inside unit and is envirnmentally controlled by a Nest Thermostat E which is electronically controlled by the Host. In the summer it varies from 74 - 72 degrees. During the winter months when needed it varies from 74 - 76 degrees. GUEST DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO CONTROL THE THERMOSTAT.

• PETS: Pets (dogs) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $149 per pet per visit and a maximum of 1 pet only.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking or vaping inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony.

* GRILLS: No charcoal grills are allowed on the top floor per HOA rules due to fire hazards. However, you can use a charcoal grill on the ground floor or pool area but they are not provided. You can also use a small propane grill or flat grill on the top deck. So grill on!!

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gatherings are prohibited. There is a $100.00 per night fee per guest for any number of guest that is not included or mentioned on your original reservation or booking.

BOAT SLIP AND TRAILER PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL: If you are wanting to bring a boat & trailer there is an additional fee for use of boat slips and trailer parking. The boat slip will not have a lift. Trailer parking is not permitted in the open parking lot of the condo. Please inquiry if slip and trailer parking is available and the fee amount.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME

- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advanced should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.
Vanessa and Tim are your host and only a phone call away and live locally in the area, so they can address any inquiries you might have.

Additionally, we offer a parking pass that can be used in another designated spot, giving you flexibility if you're bringing more than one vehicle or hosting visitors.

Nice condo in a great location.

Was in the area for work. The condo was conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping. Nice, well maintained home. The bonus for this trip was the condo's proximity to SpaceX and getting a close up view of a launch.

Weekend in Port Isabel

Check-in was super-easy. House was nice, clean, and as described. Pool was awesome for the hot weekend, offered excellent privacy, and no one else used it the whole time we were there.

My sisters and closest friends stayed here. The location is PERFECT. The house is very cute and sweet. Everyone in the area was very kind. The hosts are very kinda and helpful. Our group agreed we will absolutely stay here again.

Great place, great stay, immediate area is not pretty on the eyes

First and foremost, this place is fantastic and the communication with the owners was super easy. Perfect size for 5 people, I would not go with more than that if you want to sit around together in the family room. We did not have a chance to use the pool, but it is a normal small community pool that I’m sure the kids would have loved, but if there are a lot of people there, would quickly be overrun. The location is great for getting to and from the island without the normal party crowds right next door like a condo or hotel in the island would surely give you. In fact, the place is extremely good at keeping inside sound in and outside sound out for the most part. It was very quiet every morning on the deck. That was a major plus for our loud talking family. Close to HEB and Walmart. The only downside, and I say this only for people to keep eyes wide open when booking, is that the immediate surrounding area and view from the deck aren’t the best. Construction ongoing and the balcony faces the Walmart across the canals rather than the bay. Again, that is a minor inconvenience for us and certainly would not keep us from booking there again. I write it only so that if a view from the balcony is extremely important to you, this may not be your place. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommend!

Great choice

The house was wonderful. I cannot say enough about Tim and Vanessa's warm welcome. They took the time to call the morning of check in and made me feel like I did not need to worry about a think. They also went out of their way to help me look for a fishing charter. I do a lot of rentals and they went above and beyond any other experience. Thank you both and the next time we come to the area I will certainly look you up.

House was nice. Nice layout. One issue was stairs to get in location. 3 flights. House could have been cleaner. There were 7 of us and only 1 towel and wash cloth per person so we had to do laundry. The host was great. Any issues or questions we had were answered promptly.

This condo was amazing! Very clean and loaded with everything from beach towels to all kitchen utensils! Beds were comfortable. Just get ready to walk up some stairs when loading and unloading your car but other than that everything was great! The balcony was spacious with 4 chairs and a table, very relaxing! We were very impressed! Ms. Vanessa communicated promptly with me and was very friendly and courteous! 5 stars for us!

Nice get away

Renting was easy. The condo was nice. The only thing was, I never noticed that it was a 3rd floor unit. We are in our mid 70s and my husband has a bad knee. We were ok cause we didn't go up & down the stairs frequently, but we might have if the weather had been better. Also, it was difficult to find cause the address was not visible.

We are licensed real estate agents. We love the water and to fish. We are also avid golfers and enjoy being on the Island when we are not working. We have lived here in South Texas for over 20 years and lucky to call this place home.

It is a very cozy condo. It is extremely quiet and peaceful yet minutes away from the beech. There is so many activities to do and enjoy in this area. The deck is so nice to sit out and enjoy a refreshment or cocktail and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There is a championship golf course located approximately 15 minutes away in Laguna Vista. It is 18 holes and beautiful views of the bay on many holes. Lower Laguna Madre offers world class fishing from the bay to offshore.

South Padre Island is only 10-15 minutes away via boat or car. We are right across the street from a grocery store HEB, Walmart, and Walgreens. A Starbucks is only minutes away. The boat ramp is right down the street on Pompano 1 block away! You can sit on the deck and watch fireworks and if your staying when there is a Space X launch you can see it and feel it from the deck! There is a lot of unique owner operated restaurant and shops to visit in Port Isabel and the Island.
