On the first floor, you'll find a queen bed, a sofa that converts to a bed, and large sliding glass doors that lead to a patio complete with a table, chairs, and a charcoal grill. The second floor features twin bunk beds, a queen bed, a cozy sitting area, and sliding glass doors that open to a balcony with a table and chairs. The pool is just a few steps away, and the cottage is surrounded by lush greenery and blooming plants—perfect for a peaceful getaway.

Enjoy leisurely strolls or bike rides along Scenic 98, relax at the beach, or swim in the community pool. Grocery stores (Publix and Whole Foods), Destin Commons, restaurants, and activities are all within a mile, while Silver Sands Premium Outlet and Destin Harbor (Harbor Walk Village) are just five miles away. This cottage is truly in the perfect location!

**Please Note:** The cottage is not baby-proof; however, we provide outlet covers and cabinet door locks for your convenience. There are stairs leading to the second floor.

We adhere to all cleaning and sanitation procedures in compliance with CDC guidelines. Only emergency maintenance requests will be addressed during an occupied stay; minor issues will be resolved between check-outs.
