1. Age Requirement:
- The person booking the reservation must be 21 or older, and present through the duration of the stay.
2. Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is 4:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am. Please adhere to these times to allow for smooth transitions between guests.
- If you need early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Occupancy:
- The maximum number of guests allowed is 5. This includes both adults and children. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval from the host.
- Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the host. They must adhere to the house rules and cannot stay overnight.
4. Smoking:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you need to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
5. Pets:

- Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
