Three cozy bedrooms. The first floor bedroom is gorgeously designed with one queen bed and its own full hallway bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the other two bedrooms; one with a king bed (and smart TV) and the other with 4 twin beds (2 bunks). These two bedrooms share another full hallway bathroom.

Downstairs, there is one completely renovated full bathroom, with a walk-in shower & washer/dryer. Upstairs, the second bathroom has also been completely renovated, and includes a shower/tub combo.

Brand new, modern kitchen! With stainless steel appliances & an amazing view of the Poconos woodlands outside of the window above the sink, this kitchen will set you in the mood to cook a full course meal for you and your family/friends! Right next to the kitchen is a small table with seating for 2, as well as a full size dining table with enough seating for 8.

As you enter the house, you are greeted with the grand living room! High, vaulted ceilings, skylights, and wood beams keep the original charm of this Poconos cabin, but the big, comfy couch, smart TV, and arcade games bring you back to the modern aesthetic of this home. In this room, you'll find a retro Pac-Man arcade game, foosball, and lots of board games. Such an inviting space with all the entertainment you will need!

All of the amenities that you are looking for during your relaxing Poconos getaway will be found right at home! As you walk out onto the back deck, you will find a small bistro table and outdoor grill. Just beyond that is a private hot tub (+ string lights to set the ambiance). As you wrap around the fenced-in hot tub area, you'll be greeted with a grand wood-burning fire pit space. So much is packed into this back space, and you couldn't ask for any more!

ℹ️ HOUSE RULES:
1. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 8, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Events/Parties: Not allowed.
3. Additional Guests: Please inform us if you wish to have any additional guests. Additional fees may apply.
4. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be registered before check-in. Kindly clean up after them to maintain our pristine outdoor spaces.
5. Good Neighbor Policy: Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, avoid trespassing on neighboring properties, and engage positively with neighbors.
6. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke outside but please dispose of waste properly.
7. Hot Tub: Please shower before using the hot tub to remove lotions, oils, and dirt. Avoid bringing glass or food into the area. Do not add any soaps, oils, or chemicals to the water. Always keep the hot tub covered when not in use and do not remove the chlorine floater. Guests are liable for any misuse or negligence resulting in damage and extra cleaning, which may incur additional charges.
8. Grill Use: We are pleased to offer a grill for your enjoyment. However, please do NOT use charcoal in the grill under any circumstances. Using charcoal will damage the grill, resulting in costly repairs or replacement. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fee for the replacement cost.
9. Propane: Kindly close the propane tanks after use. We do not supply propane but refills are available at local stores.
10. Trash Segregation: Please segregate your trash during your stay. Ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the garbage bins. Do not place any loose trash in the cans, and do not leave any trash or bags of trash on the ground outside.
11. Accidents: If any damage or stains occur, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
12. Cleaning: We kindly ask that you keep the house tidy, as excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Also, if not following our rules leads to us having to refund or discount a future guest, you may be responsible for those costs.
13. Check-Out Time: We want to ensure our cleaners have enough time to prepare the house for our next guests. Please ensure you follow the check-out time at 10 am (unless otherwise agreed upon). Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 every 30 minutes.

Violations such as excessive noise, unauthorized guests, failure to follow parking guidelines, tampering with security equipment, or disturbing the community may result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or cancellation of your reservation.
