The Space:
Our favorite part of the studio has to be the kitchen. We refurbished it, while maintaining the original tiling, to be super functional as well as great to look at. We kept the colors earthy and grounding to evoke a calming and peaceful energy for the space. The kitchen really makes this space a home. Turn on some music, pour some drinks and make a meal by yourself or with your loved ones on the nights you don't feel like going out.

Besides the studio itself; you will have access to one parking spot & the private fenced-off outdoor space.

The studio is steps to the beach which features clean sand, amazing surf and gorgeous sparkling water. You will also be walking distance to a plethora of amazing places to eat drink and be merry! Skip on over to our famous restaurants, shops, art galleries and endless entertainment options; rent e-bikes or surfboards, and learn about marine life at the local aquarium, picnic at the local park and enjoy more places to visit detailed in our welcome book upon arrival! Tour the town or just take the time to lay out on the beach and relax, either way Manhattan Beach will not disappoint.

Trash Cans: Located on the side of the house. Place recyclable items into the blue can.

Getting Around:
Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Manhattan Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities. You'll have access to one on-site parking space.

Other Things to Note:
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.

The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out, after July 01, 2023.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.

This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. The beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking

Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We'll accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

We have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.
