THINGS TO KNOW
An application with sensitive information is required to be submitted directly to HOA within three days of booking.
There is an additional fee for the HOA Application and background check and an optional membership transfer fee for the Club and Spa. The club and spa, fitness center, tennis courts, resort-style multi-pool complex, on-site dining options, nature park, bocce, and pickleball are available with the membership transfer. Without it, guests may only access the community pool located at the Marengo Condo Complex.
Guests need to call Vacasa to indicate if they want to participate in the optional Club/Spa membership for an additional fee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
