You'll also find yourself conveniently close to Funspot (the world's largest arcade), the Daytona Fun Park, Pirate's Cove Mini Golf, and the Weir Beach Boardwalk.

This vacation rental boasts a well-equipped kitchenette, a pub-height dining table for meals or family board game nights, and a sunny and inviting living area with a warming gas fireplace and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Step outside and explore the beautiful flower gardens complete with a koi pond, enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea in the gazebo, or slip into the shared pool for the perfect afternoon at home. In the evenings, meet up around the fire table as the stars dot the night sky overhead.

There are two additional rental units in separate buildings on site. Please be advised you will likely see and hear other guests while on the property.
The pool area is open for use from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. After 10 p.m., it is private to guests of the pool cottage.
The Tree House is off-limits to guests for any reason.
Winter parking may be limited to one car due to snow.
This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC.

Cozy quiet property with pool

Lovely, quiet property with spacious fields in back and a very nice medium size pool. The interior was very cozy with a very comfortable queen-sized bed at one end of the living room. There was another bedroom but we not need to use it since there were just two of us. Had everything we needed.

Garage Cottage

Pine board interior had a cozy cabin feel to it. Good for our family of 3. Some updates would be helpful, couch is long in the tooth but overall we were pleased.

Loved the cottage. It was comfortable, clean and convenient. Would recommend it. Property had other units to rent so a larger party would be comfortable there. Very close to the NH Bank Pavilion for any concert goers!

It was the first place I ever rented in New Hampshire that I didn’t feel I had to clean before I could unpack. We had an issue with the gas fireplace 2 times. Both times there was someone within hours to fix it. It was cozy, cute, and homey!

Great location

The location is great for concerts and highway access. I live in Meredith and used it for my dad and brother to visit. Upon arrival the place looked clean. When it was time for bed the sheets where stained in one bed and 2 fingernails on floor and 1 in bed in the other room. The stairs going up to garage are VERY steep for bringing belongings in and out. The heat and ac worked. Disappointed in the grill and pool was filled with frogs and dirt. The property location outside is beautiful but could be updated. We would of loved to use fire pit but benches looked so brital and fragile. It was a little pricey for the set up but worked well for what we needed.

Issues with no resolution

Reported multiple issues upon check in including large puddle on the carpet, stained bedding, disgusting love seat (we bought a throw blanket to cover it so it could be used). Outside area needs a clean up, trash, rotting furniture. Air conditioner leaking throughout our stay and not properly cooling. Got a text response saying they were contacting “local partner” I checked in several more times and was told the same think. I fixed the shade myself, bought something to cover the live seat, used different bedding, and put the trash bucket under the leak. A day and a half later, the response I got was “they tried to clean the stains but they wouldn’t come out”. Maybe replace the bedding and love seat then? Nothing about the leak or other issues. Also, you need an advanced degree in plumbing to take a shower. The location is good but there are better places, I would NOT return to this one or any property run by this company. Horrible customer service.i have pictures of they will let me share.
