Parking is free for one vehicle on the driveway and located on the property to the front of the house. The parking spot for The Trail Retreat is to the left of the driveway.

We live a few hours away but we have a great maintenance person close by that can be available when needed.

The entrance to The Trail Retreat Apartment is the first one you see when you park your car in your designated parking spot. If you are facing the house outside there is 1 other Airbnb unit that has a separate entrance on the right side of the house.

The house thermostat is set to a comfortable temperature. If you need to adjust the temperature to cool/heat the space please use the remote found in the living room to operate your ductless A/C/heating unit.
