Tasteful farm-style finishes add a charming touch to this seaside haven. Contemporary light fixtures in the kitchen and dining room are complemented by warm Edison bulbs, and the home’s light interior details make for a bright, cheery atmosphere. 

The large, open kitchen is stocked with spices, oils, and s’more sticks for marshmallow roasting at the nearby fire pits. The expansive quartz kitchen counter provides the perfect prep space for any sized meal, and bar stool seating makes for easy conversation between friends and family while you cook simple or elaborate meals. 

Step through the mudroom and out the back door to grill dinner on the barbeque and enjoy it at the outdoor picnic table in your fenced courtyard. If you’d rather dine indoors, gather around the large farm-style table in the dining room with seating for eight. 
Feel the warmth from the gas fireplace as you settle into the comfy living room sofas with a soft blanket and your favorite book; then catch a movie or the big game on the Roku TV with unlimited streaming and live cable channels. Alternately, spend quality time with others enjoying board games, puzzles and toys found in the home. Finish your evening in the private 7-person hot tub, maintained year round and after each guest stay.

When it’s time to hit the hay, roll back the sliding barn doors off the living and dining areas to retire to the private bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a plush, pillowtop king bed and ensuite bath. Watch a movie on the Roku TV in the middle bedroom with two deluxe twin XL mattresses – supremely comfortable for adults and kids alike. Or enjoy uninterrupted forest views from the front bedroom featuring a luxurious king bed. Need more room to sleep? The living room sofa opens to a queen sleeper with a gel comfort mattress. 

Grab a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and retreat to the tranquil covered front porch sheltered by the forest. From the Adirondack chairs, admire the old-growth stumps just across the walking trail as you listen to the soothing sounds of birds chirping and the faint sound of the ocean waves.
